Great smart bulbs, doesn’t work with 3-way as claims
Easy setup, love the color selection. The only complaint I have is that it says it works with 3-way lighting and I’ve found that one of my switches no longer works to turn the lights on and off, only works from Alexa commands.

Download the correct app and they’re awesome
These are exactly what I wanted without the Philips Hue price tag.Make sure you download the correct GE app. Any app that asks you to pay a subscription is a scam.(and getting a refund from Apple is a pain)The App works great, adding devices and setting schedules is easy.Lights are bright and the color control is simple, the “light shows” they have preset are fun. Being able to have usable lights as well as fun color options is just what I needed.

APP SYNC ISSUES AND INCONSISTENT!!
These initially worked great and I rated it 4 stars. But since then I’ve had issues with the app and the lights. Using 3 bulbs they do not always sync the same color, or don’t turn off when they should. I am not sure if it’s the app or bulbs syncing with the app. Whichever it is, I have stopped using them altogether because of it. So disappointing.

GE needs to seriously improve the app and the Bluetooth functionality
Gotta be honest, I am pot committed to these lights simply because I have now installed so many of them in my house. Unfortunately their Bluetooth connectivity sucks and their app is terrible. Setup is usually a huge pain and updates will often just fail over and over and over. When you do finally get them connected and set up, then they work great on the schedules. But just hope you never want to change or modify those routines. The value for the money is there if you can deal with all of the other app frustrations. Oh and I should also point out the shortcomings of teying to turn the lights on with the wall switch. You would think they should default to full brightness. Oh no, they default to barely on. So if someone does t have the app to turn on your lights, well they just get no light.

The lights are perfect for changing and setting the mood to a current holiday or occasion. I didn’t want the rope lights that everyone is putting it on their houses, this way I can still decorate with a normalized house light. Has an app you can set a schedule to your needs and also works with Alexa app

Great Automated Year Round Exterior Illumination
Great purchase for outdoor flood lights. Install as easy as climbing ladder and replacing bulbs. Husband swapped out bulbs a sunny day in July and by the time we finished our outdoor chores and returned back inside the lights were ready to complete setup in Alexa. All very seamless. Lights are subject to all weather and still going strong 7 months later – extreme heat, extreme rain, extreme wind, lotta snow.I love having these lights automated so my driveway and porch are illuminated whether I am away from the house predusk or whether I’ve gotten too busy inside to observe nightfall and have unexpected visitors.My schedule uses variable 15mins before sunset as On and fixed 11pm as Off. I repeat this in reverse the morning for fixed 5:45am On and 15mins after sunrise for Off.So convenient, I never leave the house wishing I had remembered to toggle off the lights and regretting they’d be on all day unnecessarily. Or turning them off as I leave the house while it’s still dark and not having benefit of my house lights while I make my way to my vehicle. And likewise, after being gone several hours in the afternoon, if night has fallen when I return, my driveway and porch are already illuminated.Highly recommend.
