This light weight coffee maker is easy to use. The slim profile looks great and the brew speed is fantastic. The Water reservoir is more than adequate for our needs. Coffee tastes delicious.

I’m very disappointed with Hamilton Beach. They usually put out nice looking appliances “that do their job.”This Flex brew is nicely designed, however I didn’t buy it for its looks. I bought it because it boasted of 4 different brew options.I was only able to get it to brew one tea pod over ice. All the other options get you a half cup of grounds in your cup. And the explosion in the the pot after I used it to make a k Cup required me to spend an hour with the grounds all inside the pot and the next few hours trying to find out why this coffee pot doesn’t work like it says. So if you enjoy cleaning grounds from your counters, inside your pot, out of your cups, and of course you have to clean out the 4 needle holes with a paper clip EVERY time you try one more time to get a descent cup of coffee go ahead and buy this pot. It will look very nice on your counters

Makes a good cup of coffee. Easy clean up. Love that I can use both k cups and regular ground coffee. Bought this to take camping because of its small size. Like also that you can adjust the amount and if you want it bold. Competitive pricing. Hamilton Beach is always a reliable brand.
