My Favorite Most Dependable Monitor!
I am a mother of 4 and have used a few different monitors over the years, but this HelloBaby by far has been the best. I have used this monitor for 2 of my 4 children, still using it for my 2 year old now, and plan on continuing to use it for our next baby too. I have even been gifted other monitors with all of the fancy bells and whistles that I tried out, but I just end up stopping use of them and going back to this tried and true monitor that I love. This is simple and easy to setup and use, not at all confusing like some others. No wifi or Bluetooth connection. In fact one of my favorite features about this is that it does not have to connect to wifi, which can be spotty, and I have never had to worry about a stranger hacking into our monitor that way. It has great range and reaches all throughout our 4,000 sqft home, and has even worked inside our nextdoor neighbors house too. My husband was still at home, but I carried the monitor over to my neighbor’s with me so that I could watch my baby sleeping. The volume turns up loud and clear so that I can hear it throughout our house, and turns down quiet enough that I myself can get a good night’s sleep without waking up from every little sound that my baby makes. But the lowest setting is still loud enough to wake me if my baby is crying. The picture is crisp and clear, and I love that there is the temperature always displayed so that I know if I need to adjust the heat or air. We have traveled with this so much over the years and always take it with us when we visit family, and have never had trouble with it not working in any of the houses that we have stayed in. I have never found that anything interferes with the connection causing it not to work, and that is most important to me. If there was one thing that I could change about this monitor it would have to be having the time displayed on the screen so that I don’t have to look between my cellphone and monitor for that, but it has not been a problem over the past 4 years of using it. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a quality simple monitor that doesn’t stress you out setting up and using it.

Great camera great customer service
Great camera. We bought one 2 years ago and have more bought another because we lost the monitor on a family trip. We purchased this and it works flawlessly. The video quality is better than any expensive name brand we’ve purchased and the range is great. We ran into an issue of the old camera not being compatible with his newer version though. I contacted customer service and they were very prompt and very gracious offering to send me another monitor that would be compatible with the old camera! Wow! I haven’t received it yet (I will update when I do) but so far, customer service support has been great.

Great Camera – recommend to friends
We have had this camera for a year. It was a backup to our wall mount camera for travel, however about 6 months in we began using this full time instead. It holds a charge, has a clear picture, rotates up and down and side to side, and you can turn the screen off for sound only – key at night.We recommend this camera to all our friends over the more expensive smart cameras that have functions you don’t need and drain your phone battery.When our scroll function stopped working for up and down, customer service was very helpful in getting a replacement camera to us.

This camera is a great product for the price! Easy to set up and never once had any connection issues. I’ve gifted and recommended to many families! Only reason I am giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that after 2 years of constant use, the monitor battery stopped holding a charge and only worked when plugged. Their customer support was very helpful though!

Great device on a budget
This monitor is great! It’s very affordable and works just as good as a more expensive brand.The picture is great.I love that I can zoom in to see my son better and move the camera in different directions.That comes in handy because I like to use the monitor while my son is having quiet time in his bedroom, i can move the camera and still see him moving around.My only complaint is the battery life.But customer service makes up for that. They are very attentive and quick to reply.

I ordered this monitor over a year ago and had no issues except for now when the monitor suddenly stopped working. I reached out to HelloBaby and although my one year warranty expired they still sent me a new monitor. We bought this after a rival product broke after two uses!!This camera system has been going strong for a few months now and we really rate it. The night vision picture quality is excellent and having the ability to remotely adjust the camera is priceless. No need to creep back into the nursery to adjust a camera that’s been moved. Sound quality is good considering the size although we don’t use it to communicate with baby, just for hearing if he cries.Battery life on the monitor is also good, albeit we charge it daily.Lots of setting options to adjust sound, brightness etc which has been useful.

O produto tem um excelente custo benefício, a entrega chegou rápida antes do previsto, veio bem embalado, a instalação foi bem fácil basicamente é só ligar a câmera na tomada mesmo!A visão noturna é boa e a luz é bem fraquinha não atrapalha o sono do bebê, a do ar condicionado por exemplo é mais forte!Você consegue desligar a imagem do monitor e usar a bebê só com áudio tbm se preferir, o monitor eu achei bem bom e intuitivo.O áudio é bom e da pra ouvir bem, também da pra falar com a câmera.Durante o dia a câmera é ótima, não tenho vídeos mas é excelente!Único ponto negativo é que talvez se a sua casa for muito grande não pegue em todos os cômodos, aqui funcionou bem, mas quando me afastei bastante ela caiu…. No geral achei uma boa compra e eu recomendo o produto

Honestly we love this unitThe camera panning is excellentThe visual on the screen is clear and not grainyIt is very sensitive as well when our baby makes very small noises it lights up which is excellent for peace of mind.The battery life also is pretty good we will have it beside us in bed and it will last all night ( A full 8 hours)The range is nice too we can be in our basement with the monitor and it will work perfectly fine to our child’s room.Honestly I would recommend this unit it has been fantastic for us.Also I should mention their customer service is spot on!

Innanzitutto è un prodotto ben fatto, migliorato rispetto al modello precedente su vari aspetti, a cominciare dai pulsanti sul baby monitor.Qualità immagine molto buona anche in notturna. Termometro perfetto e preciso, audio molto buono.Lo zoom è quello che è ma va bene se la tenete a distanza dalla culletta. La telecamera si muove benissimo e risponde immediatamente ai comandi, non lagga mai.Per me 5 stelle perché appena la accendi è immediatamente connessa, super veloce e pratica. Leggera, batteria monitor longeva. Non è una 1080p ma si vede benissimo e svolge perfettamente il suo dovere. Costa un po’ rispetto ad altre ma la qualità si vede tutta.
