Works Perfectly, Great Value
I bought this unit for use as a motion activated doorbell for my store as the one we had was way too quiet to be effective. The unit was easy to install and works perfectly; it’s a great value at under $30. The chime unit can be free standing or mounted. The motion sensor can be mounted with mounting tape or screws (included) upside down sideways and has an adjustable bracket. I recommend using screws instead of the mounting tape included as the mounting tape is the standard two sided white foam type that will eventually dry up after a few years and sensor may fall. If you don’t want to use screws, I would recommend you buy some 3M auto molding tape which seems to last forever and is very hard to remove. The sensor and transmitter range is fantastic and I had no trouble in my store with it (supposedly it has the range of up to just over the length of 3 football fields). I initially just put batteries in the chime and motion sensor after unboxing and installed them. The default setting is a motion activated door chime that is a loud ding dong ding dong. I did not realize that the unit had a host of other tones, features, voice you can program using the 4 buttons on the unit. I found the programming to be a bit tricky and for my use, the other features are overkill since I just needed it as a motion activated door chime. After messing with it, I found out that it has 4 volume settings. The default setting is set at the LOUDEST setting which is great for some uses. For my roughly 10,000 SQ FT store, the second volume setting is adequate if you do not have any background music playing.

Used for as a cat trainer to stay out of an area. With Complete sucess at a reasonable Cost.
Used this to keep to train a cat where not to be (switched the Greeting to Chinese from hellish sounds more nosier and is loud at at full volume. If I am around and hear the alarm I also say GET! sternly. The first two weeks they tested it several times first 3 or 4 days then about Once every two days after two or three weeks. 3 months later they understand the perimeter that will set it off and may walk up to the edge. If I had to Guess they are trying to think how to defeat it momentarily and walk away. Best gadget Repurpose Ever.

Much better than expected.
I mounted two of these on each frame of two different garage doors. One of the garage doors is almost 300 feet from where the receiver is located. Works every time.Bad news… it rings when the garage door goes up… rings again when I enter the garage to get into the car…rings again when my car is pulling out..and rings one more time…when the door goes down. You will har the alarm..four times. BUT… it does work so far… and it is priced nicely…worth the purchase.

Great Little Item Really Works!!!!
This little thing is worth it’s weight to me. My husband is a quiet guy and has come in from outside more than once while I was at my desk and accidentally scared the crap out of me because I thought I was alone in the house. It really works and the best part is you can set it for a fairly loud alarm, but I didn’t want to scare both of us! Lol I found out you can set it to just have lights flash and it’s perfect! They get my attention and saved my sanity!

Will stop working way
This is the second unit I purchased and both stopped working in under 2 months. Batteries are not the issue. The 30 day return window is not long enough. I thought it was a good price so I gave it a second chance but the same result. Very disappointed in how quickly it stopped working. It started out going off for nothing then multiple times after one customer walked by. Then it completely stopped working. Do not recommend

Acheté pour détecteter mon chat lorsqu’il veut rentrer à la maison, il a très vite compris comment cela fonctionnait. De la s’cousse , les humains sont aussi détectés et eux aussi ont compris comment ça marche…! (Pour certains …)J’avais peur pour l’usure des piles , cela semble resté correct.L’avantage c’est : pas de fils et choix de mélodies, très facile à programmer.Très content du produit, prix attractif et fait le job.Belle journée à vousLaurent
