Well made entry handle
I have been wanting one of these for a long time and when I almost locked myself out of my house by forgetting my keys that’s when I bought this immediately! This was easy to install and works great. It’s a nice quality handle. It comes with printed instructions and videos you can watch as well. This was a great purchase at a great price and it makes me feel more secure, I don’t have to worry if the door is locked because it automatically locks. It took me a few times to figure out how to program the code but that was the only issue I had. I would highly recommend this handle.

Seems better than expected, hoping it holds up awhile
Was skeptical but to be honest it seems pretty decent. Seems like it’s made by or copy of the big “s” company. May be a private label as can tell by programming instructions and the key, which is an unbranded key but has the head of a key marketed by that big “s” company. It’s heavy, not flimsy. It has a key override which is mechanical and not going to fail when the lock fails which is why I bought this to replace a failed lock. That key override would not work because a piece failed within. So it took almost no time to install and was easy to do, even for someone who hasn’t done before it’s easy enough. Just going to see how it holds up, for now I’m impressed and hopeful!

The value for the money is good. It can be installed easily in place of standard door locks. Programming is not complicated. I m not sure how long the battery could last. If it lasts for a year I could add one more star to my review. Until then I giving it a 4 star.

I’m quite impressed with this lock. For the money, it’s a great value. It looks great, has a nice finish, functions smoothly, and comes with clear instructions. I had low expectations, but I’m happy to report that it’s made well and feels solid. It’s easy to code. It has never glitched. The beeps are easy to hear but are not annoyingly loud. I like that the lights don’t stay constantly lit, so unless you touch the screen to activate it, you can’t even really tell it’s a keypad style lock. I wasn’t originally planning on it, but I like this lock so much that I’m going to buy another one for another door. I can’t yet speak to the durability of it, but I’ll keep the review updated with any relevant issues.

Easy installation
Bought to keep a few of my kids out of my room when I’m not home. Worked amazingly. You can have multiple numeric codes for different people and also all else fails, it has a key! Took 15 minutes to install.

Mechanic malfunction and not usable for our home
Took awhile before we tried this product. It looks nice, however, you cannot lock the door from the inside and the mechanics do not work, the handle on the inside worked but the outside handle would not. I missed the return by date as I had major surgery. Even if the mechanics worked it wouldn’t have worked for us as you could only lock it from the outside. Thus when we were inside we could not lock the door at night.

I don’t want a fingerprint sensor (can be held at knifepoint), nor wifi (can be disconnected or hacked), I just wanted a reliable deadbolt and chose this because of the anti-peep feature (I’m tired of people looking over my shoulder).The written instructions and videos were useless. Took me three hours to install the first time, I had to take off another lock and study it’s mechanism. I used my own screws, but dropped and lost one so the ONE screw I used from the package completely stripped. So I was stuck with a lock that was tilted and had scratched up my door.I attempted everything to get the stripped screw out, but nothing worked and eventually the head snapped off. I took the lock apart but nothing could get the screw body out. I decided to order another one and return this one (not my fault the lock has poor bits) but then discovered I could not get the lock installed again.Two hours later, despite doing the same steps I did the first time, I could not get the lock installed properly. Bizarre. Finally gave up. I really liked the lock itself when it was working, and loved the anti-peep feature, but if I can’t install it or take it with me when I move – this thing is useless. Will be returning and won’t use this brand again.I also wasted $40+ on a grade 2 deadbolt to replace my old door handle since I didn’t need 2 handles, and so I either have to find a new lock with a handle or I purchased that for nothing and need to remove it.The only good thing about this is Amazon’s return policy. Exactly why I shop on here – when things are defective or companies screw you over (no pun intended) you can actually get your money back and they’re held accountable.
