5 Stars without a doubt, IeGeek is wonderful
We recently had our second child and after using the Vtech baby monitor with our first child we were interested in this ieGeek due to its dual capabilities to see both kiddos and I must say, it is tremendous! This camera has exceeded all my expectations and has become an essential part of our parenting routine.The screen is pretty energy efficient allowing it to last for quite a while before charging, but it is quick charging with USB-C it’s not a big deal at all! I would say the entire setup at most takes 5 minutes or less if you are pretty savvy with tech, I found it easier than some very big brand name devices. All you have to is connect it to your wifi network and once that is done you can easily access it through the application, the vast majority of this setup can easily be done on your phone if needed.The application is pretty user friendly, there are definitely a lot of options and the convenience with cloud storage which is very handy, however you don’t need the cloud services, but in that case you don’t use the cloud storage you will want to make sure and provide your own micro SD card.The application also notifies me when my baby walks or cries due to the built in IR motion sensor which is invaluable given the need to make sure he doesn’t get hurt or needs my immediate attention. IeGeek is a really great service has a near instant notification push to your phone unlike some other Apps.The volume is clear and loud and picks up beautifully, I can soothe her over the camera if I’m busy and my voice is clear and doesn’t sound robotic or static like. It even plays soft music if you want it to. I love the fact there’s no lights on the camera so it doesn’t keep my kid up at night.Works better than most of the cameras I’ve used in the past, especially the really cheap ones that turn yellow and I actually had to throw out because it kept losing connection and the battery was absolutely terrible. Great company, great customer service, and awesome product. I gave 5 stars with the small cons because others may not like those “downsides”, like there will be noise if the monitor is close to the camera, but that’s not a big deal for us.I hope this helped anyone looking for details to make a decision. I have already recommended this to other friends multiple times.

Wifi actually works & camera resolution is great w/ split screen feature
We have only had this for about a week, but this product is such an upgrade over LeapFrog baby monitors. Out of the box, both monitors easily connected to the parent unit and my iPhone. Leapfrog would constantly just stop communicating, resulting in needing 3 replacements in less than 2 years. That does not seem to be an issue with ieGeek. The only downfall I can think of is there is no night light on the monitor, but I don’t care about that feature. It is nice that these are the simple 1/4″ tripod type mount that you find on a lot of products. That makes mounting it so easy as it is universal. Totally recommend if needing two monitors & split screen for two kiddos. Also, the camera quality is top notch.

Ya es la segunda vez que compro esta cámara para bebé. Son bastante fiables, la empresa se especializa en videovigilancia. Tiene muchas funciones y casi todo se puede configurar fácilmente desde la aplicación del móvil. Es muy práctica, bonita y fácil de usar.

We have previously purchased a well-known brand assuming that it would tick all the boxes but we had some issues, especially with the late warning sound as as the monitor was not that sensitive to the crying sound and we have recently met with the ieGeek 2k baby monitor that comes with a unique design and partially soft brown colour that you’ll be happy to look at every day and to be honest, we are quite impressed with the performance of this quality piece of baby equipment.The screen size is quite good and adequate for monitoring your baby without any disruption, the controls of the hand unit are easy to use, especially in the dark. Also, you can control the camera remotely from the hand unit with scaning the room or repositioning the camera without disturbing your baby.The baby unit doesn’t need to be near your router for optimum efficiency at all. In addition to that, you can actually use your mobile phone (via ieGeek app) to do whatever the hand unit does so this feature was a huge plus for us.Using the monitor through your mobile relies on wifi connectivity and it is compatible with our Virgin Media router and the signal is strong. Basically, the local display can also implement monitoring functions without any wifi while the mobile app should be connected to your wi-fi if you are looking to use your phone for monitoring purposes. Also, this baby monitor supports connecting two cameras at the same time.Another helpful feature is motion detection that makes you aware when your baby moves around. This feature wasn’t available in our existing baby monitor so we were so pleased to see that is actually working with ieGeek quite well.A thermometer and humidity censor is another great feature available on this monitor (we had to use another device for monitoring humidity level in the room) as it enables you to check the temperature as well as the humidity level in the room without disturbing your baby, alerting you if it’s too hot or cold or the humidity level is outside the figures previously set.Night mode is working great just like day mode and it has three night vision modes, automatic (ICR)/color/black and white, which can easily be adjusted according to your needs.The hand unit charges quickly but you wouldn’t desperately need it straight away as you can use your mobile phone while the parent unit is on charging mode.Overall, we would strongly recommend this product to anyone without hesitation.
