I cannot believe what a terrible service this app and camera provide. The camera itself shows a decent view of my home BUT I paid for event recording for a whole year bc I have a dog walker that comes in and wanted to make sure that I see that. They have their own app to scan in and out of my home so I know they are coming in and out. This camera only ever records either the arrival or the departure but never both. I talked to their customer service support and apparently the camera is so terrible you have to adjust about 30 settings for it to capture motion from a whole human! What? Why else does anyone have security cameras? Don’t we all fear someone breaking into our home doing something they’re not supposed to in our home? How dare they gaslight me saying my settings are “off” and I need to do this or that for the camera to capture and record a tall man in my home!!! Imagine you buy this camera and plan and get robbed and it never recorded bc this camera sucks and customer support still won’t refund you for the plan. That’s the other thing they refuse to refund me and yet they don’t deliver the service I paid for! I had to dispute the charge with my own credit card company bc no one is stealing my hard earned money. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS

I’m really impressed with the Instavision indoor camera. The video quality is super clear, and the motion detection works perfectly. Setup took just a few minutes, and the mobile app is very easy to use. I can check in on my home anytime, and the two-way audio feature is a big plus and kids happy to talk with us when we are out. The camera feels solid and reliable—definitely worth the price. Highly recommend for anyone looking for peace of mind and simple home monitoring!

If you need functionality…don’t pick this
While the set up was fairly painless the way it works is not super user friendly. This was bought to monitor pets.Zooming in on recorded footage does not seem to be an option which is an issue for me. Also no clue how to look at a previous days recordings. This could be user error but so far I can’t figure it out. Also, there is significant lag when attempting to view footage but that may be due to WiFi. Based on these things I would not purchase this product again.

I did give this originally 5 starts but as I am using it I have changed my mind & will return it. Everytime you go on this after you receive notification it gives you multiple messages that you have to click off on trying to get you to add special services or purchase cloud – every time- Also when I receive notification & look at screen shot 4 times out of 5 the picture is not even from that time frame its from when I left for work 4 hours earlier – keeps doing that.To bad because intially set up & pictures were top. Notifications you have to x out of is time consuming. If I wanted the extra services I would have chosen them. Continuing to ask me or adding in more special items ruined it

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
These cameras are poorly made and the app required to use it kept buffering. Several times I had to shut the app down and then restart it. The camera worked literally for five minutes and then stopped. Wouldn’t turn back on. I tried to reset like the instructions stated, but that button is so small and so hard to press. It’s located in a very odd area of the device. I want my money back!! 😡

Excellent Indoor Camera
I’m really impressed with this indoor camera! The setup was super easy — it connected quickly to both my 5G and 2.4G WiFi networks with no issues at all. The video quality is crystal clear, both during the day and at night with the infrared night vision.The motion detection works great — it alerts me right away through the app whenever there’s movement, and the two-way audio feature lets me talk to my kids or pets while I’m away. The app interface is very intuitive and allows me to view live footage or playback recordings smoothly.Another thing I appreciate is how compact and stylish the design is — it blends in nicely with my home decor. False motion detector and moves on its own
I don’t like the fact that a subscription is required. But more importantly, this thing won’t stay focused on where I aimed it. It just moves on its own when nothing is setting off the motion. Also, I have motion detection on but the motion detection of animals is turned off because the camera is inside my house not outside. But I keep getting notifications of a black cat moving. Yea…it’s a small sculpture of a cat in my living room. And obviously the cat is NOT moving. And again, the detection of animals is turned off! So not sure why I’m getting that notification. It does produce a clear picture but I’m not sure if I’ll be keeping this camera.

PIECE OF GARBAGE!!! Set up NOT easy. App can’t remember camera info or pairing. Initially set up at 1815. At 1900 wanted to see what camera seeing and it wanted me to set it up AGAIN ONLY this time the hard way having to enter all info!Not happy with having to plug POS in. I want cameras with rechargeable batteries that keep videos on an SD card. This one is pictured being used without cord placed on a coffee table. It does have hard to find slot for microSD card.
