I LOVE IT!For the price, it’s amazing! Easy to install for all you ladies out there. I can’t afford to hire a handy man & I got a bit nervous when I first read the Installation Instructions, ( I really wanted to hire a handy man to install this for me) but I didn’t and I DID IT! It’s easy, very nice hardware & affordable. The App was a bit tricky, only because it wouldn’t pair with my cell phone immediately. That was my fault. I suggest when pairing, don’t add the device manually, it will pop up as it’s scanning. The programming for fingerprint and key pad code was simple & overall it’s a very user friendly App. I would by more if I had more doors!

I had a positive overall experience. The quality met my expectations, and everything functioned as intended. The design was thoughtful, and the user experience was smooth and intuitive. Customer service was responsive and helpful when needed, which added to the satisfaction. While there were a few minor areas that could be improved, they didn’t significantly impact the overall experience. I would definitely consider using it again and would recommend it to others looking for something reliable and well-executed.

The deadbolt is great. Had issues with lever, it continued to loosen and pop off. But replacement was inexpensive. Even with this issue, this was a good deal.

Total junk
Complete junk, do not waste your money. Instructions are very vague and unclear on the different steps. Won’t stay connected to Bluetooth. App is also very confusing and doesn’t send any notifications unless you pay for the service. I’m sending this one back and if I can’t then it will go in the trash. Customer service is nonexistent. It does work fine with the key but then what is the point.

Love our new door lock! The feature that says “locked” has really helped my OCD with my door. Also the fingerprint sensor is great when you are coming in and carrying things. Makes life so much easier!

Finger print door handle
Really was looking forward to this! Honestly it does not open on thumb print half the time. Due to all the rain where I live the protection plastic is coming off, it doesn’t close properly almost every time. That’s annoying!! It has been helpful for my kids to get in and out of the house when no one is here since they always forget their keys. When batteries go low no one can use the door unless you have the key. I have owned it I feel like almost a year or it feels like it and I go through at least 8 batteries for it a month.you can put multiple peoples prints in and store it so others can enter the home like if your on vacation which I like about it.Hope I have helped you with understanding a little about the system

Love the look of it. Very easy to install. The lock functionality is great. I highly recommend if you want a keyless door lock! You won’t be disappointed!!
