Excellent Smart Lock with Multiple Security Features
I recently installed the Smart Lock on my front door, and I am extremely impressed with its performance. Love this Smart Lock! Super easy to install. I love that there are many options to use to unlock the door.I love that I can carry all my groceries in and not have to try to unlock the door with a physical key.I also love that if you forget to lock the door, it will lock automatically. No need to worry if I forgot to lock it or not.The color and design is super sleek and modern. A great addition to the home. 10 out of 10…would highly recommend!

Opposite of secure
It worked well at first. Had no trouble installing or setting up at all. One day out of the blue it started beeping. Now anyone who walks up and touches the fingerprint scanner can unlock the deadbolt. Not just people I set up, ANYONE. I had to take out the batteries and use it as a mechanical lock. Guess the only good thing is I am only out $40.

It’s my 6th day using ,this lock so far going good , easy to install for me . good price good deal , I give it 4 star 🌟 because is my 6th day of using. good features .oh the apps in store name ( TTLock ).advice if your leaving with out a key 🔑 and the admin devoice leave anilock switch on unlock 🔓 why ? Fingerprints or key card won’t work

As of today I have and using this lock for more than 18 months without any problem, any glitch!!! Read instructions carefully and you’ll be happy with it.100% can recommend it !!!

Totally changed opinion!
I would have originally rated this lock with a two (2). However, after working with it and learning about it, I give it a full five (5). My first issue was that it seemed to only generate random keypad codes. All my other locks allowed me to enter my own code.Well so does this one but it did not just jump out at me. Once I saw the “Custom” keypad option, that objection went away. Works like a champ. The second thing I had issues with was the “fingerprint”. I could not get it to consistently recognize my index finger. I programmed it before it was installed and I suspect that was the problem. I could not get my finger in just the correct place after it was installed because of the door jamb. After installing I did a thumb print identity and it seems to work very well. Having the keys and fobs just make this a great solution and a very good value for the price. Would buy another.

Awful. I don’t know how it got so many 5 star reviews.
This took me forever to install – mostly because I kept taking it off and putting it back on because it wasn’t working (and I’m handy…I just installed a new garbage disposal not more than a month ago). First of all, there are no real operating instructions included – just installation instructions. When you use the app – there really aren’t instructions either, you just follow along and if something isn’t working right, you’re on your own to figure it out. My lock couldn’t even detect when it was open. It would declare itself unlocked when it was locked and vice versa. The bolt has a very limited space to fit into the door jam and if it comes in contact with anything, it will try three times to lock and if it cannot, it will beep three times and then just leave your door unlocked. Your finger has to be very precisely placed in order to be read accurately, and you get many error messages trying to use it. I wanted to have a 4 digit code as another option, but it has to be at least 6 which is going to make it harder for older relatives to remember. I wish I hadn’t purchased it, but it’s installed, so we’ll just have to live with it for now. Thank goodness it at lease came with two keys that we can use as an option when we INEVITABLY get locked out by this awful and inconsistent thing.
