    My Assistance day to day
I’m honestly impressed with this Lefant robot vacuum. For the price, it performs way better than I expected—definitely on the cheaper side compared to other brands, but the results are just as good. The suction is strong, the runtime is long, and it handles daily cleaning without any problems.I actually ended up buying two because it’s become part of my day-to-day routine for keeping the house maintained. The WiFi/App/Alexa control makes it super convenient, and the anti-collision sensors help it move around without getting stuck.Excellent price, great performance, and very reliable. I’m already planning to buy another one!

    My new friend
This was a bit of an impulse buy, so I had a bit of regret after sending the order. It’s a lot less expensive than the bigger name models and I wasn’t sure it would work that well and I was worried that I didn’t really need it.I was wrong however. I have a long hair cat and I could practically build a new cat from scratch with all that the vacuum picks up. I set it to a schedule and it works overnight 2 times a week, keeping the bottom floor of my house delightfully clean. It was well worth the price. My fears that it would tumble down the stairs, miss spots, or get stuck were unfounded and now a robot vacuum is considered an essential in the house. If you make sure there’s no loose chargers or any major obstacles in it’s way before you go to bed, you’ll wake up to the vacuum in its dock and a clean floor. It was perfect for my needs.

    Programmed for obsoletion
This little guy can vacuum pet shredding like no one’s business and for a couple of months my home was never cleaner… don’t get it wet though, if you accidentally leave a window open while it’s raining, it’s better for it to remain at the bench.Silent mode is about 65db and with the powerful mode being barely 70db it doesn’t seem worth it to sacrifice suction power over noise level and, unless you really enjoy white noise or can sleep through an earthquake, don’t try to put it to work at night.Another noteworthy thing is that the mapping can get a little funny if you have… dynamic objects… like rolling chairs or roommates without spatial awareness that keep randomly bumping at the little guy, the robot can get somewhat lost but the worst case scenario is that it’ll take it a few more minutes to finish cleaning, so nothing to worry about. If you live in the US, UK, EU I’d absolutely recommend this, it’s good, it’s cheap and Lefant’s support is fantastic in the coverage areas. But if you live anywhere else?Take into consideration that (according to metadata) you have a very real, very relevant chance of receiving a defective product, and while the company will absolutely give you another one if that’s the case, you will have to pay shipping and import fees, but that ain’t more expensive than getting a new one anyways, right?Wrong.Lefant is one of those companies that go like “This vacuum is worth $1200 but only today you can get it for less than $120!” which ain’t harming nobody’s wallet, as long as nobody ain’t dealing with import fees. Governments get very taxy with this stuff and because the replacement is free you won’t have a bill that proves you didn’t buy by the $1200 list price so they will demand proportional taxes, shipping fees, insurance and if you’re particularly unlucky even warehouse rent because you were obviously lying when you told them it was worth less than $120 so they had to hold it while you paid the taxes you were trying to avoid for the vacuum that clearly says it’s worth $1200 in their website. All in all, this vacuum is an actually pretty cheap and good quality one year cleaning subscription for one of your house’s stories… at best, and a (not actually free) free-trial long period of knowing how a low-effort clean house feels at worst.PS: I have nothing against the “your product will break every 6 months but we’ll always fix it for free at our store, or even replace it, to make sure you stay loyal to us” policy, printers do the same and Lefant ain’t half as shameless, but I ain’t buying again from you guys until y’all put a store in my #@$!& country.

    A mind of its own
Updated 6/19/25Increasing to 5 stars because of customer service.Original2 StarsCan barely pick up items larger than a blade of grass, runs over its docking station and sucks its cord up before ripping it out of the wall or becoming too tangled up and shutting down, often gets stuck under ledges, battery life seems to be very variable, and routing for cleaning makes absolutely no sense. This is my least favorite budget vacuum I’ve owned.

It is a joke. This thing is the most cumbersome set up in history.
I worked on this junk for 1 hour and 45 minutes. First it said my wifi was -30 which was low. It was sitting 2 feet from my Modem/Router. It only works on 2.4GHZ which I have because I have dual router of 5 mghz and 2.4 mghz. Finally got it connected after about 20 tries. Then it said unit was not charging, blink red, hit the power on button, it would start beeping and say it is not turn on, turn on unit. It was turned on. Finally last and least is the lefant app. It is a joke. I downloaded the app it prompted me to register phone number or email. I did the phone number. I completed the registration and it said I was not registered. Went back and tried again, said I already had an account. I tried logging it is said you are not registered. Back and forth. Tried to register again via email. Would not let me log in. I said, ENOUGH 1 hour and 45 minutes of this garbage and it has never even ran? No way, life is too short. I’m a techie so it’s not that I am not able to operate an item like this. I have meta quest goggles, DJI drones, MAC’s Iwatch, iPad, iPhone, I help people with android devices. I can pretty much make it all happen in the tech world but not this piece of junk. the unit itself maybe of high quality, it may clean superbly, but if your software and OS suck, then you have a piece of junk… In this day and age it should be plug and play…
