Awesome for blind people
Ok to clarify my wife and I are totally bind and we enjoy movies and shows with audio description. We had a Roku with the talkback on it but it was terrible. This Fire TV is amazing. The voice view on it is responsive and fast. Alexa is super fast and responsive. This is a blind person’s dreamTB for sure. The sound quality is very good, however we have hooked it to our soundbar. The remote is small and easy to use. Overall Amazon has come along way with there products and accessibility. Coming from a blind person who lives and breathes technology this one is great. We like it so much we ordered another bigger one for the living room. Everyone say the picture is excellent. The internett connectivity is great. No lag and very fast loading for sure. I am honestly impressed and had lesser expectations for it but it blew me away. Like I said a blind person’s dream TV. Apple has some catching up to do with this one. I got the refurbished model on black friday on sale and there were no damages or imperfections and the same warranty as new. Highly recommend to Blind and sighted folks alike.

Warranty replacement, good so far
This was the replacement they sent. My first one bricked itself and I was told to factory reset it, which I did, but it didn’t recover. So far so good with this one 🤞🏻

Bad purchase
We purchased this TV for Christmas bc of the price point. We are dissatisfied with the quality of the tv. It is very lagging with the internet connection. Movies will stop playing, or always loading. Often times the tv won’t recognize the remote and have to constantly connect. One day the tv wouldn’t turn on and after spending a good amount with tech support – they sent a new tv ( same Version). We thought for sure that the TV would be better. This one is the same. We have the tv hardwired to our internet connection and have never had a problem with our last tv and the internet connection. We have 1Gig speed. Picture quality is lacking as well. Just really dissatisfied with this purchase. Will most likely get rid of this and get a better tv asap.

Great secondary tv.
I bought this tv back in 2021 and have really enjoyed it. I purchased it for my bedroom and it still works great. I wouldn’t recommend someone buy one in. 2024, because the technology is old and you can find newer tv sets with more up to date technology. I would suggest buying a newer tv and adding a fire stick 4k max for around the same price as this.

Great Tv
It’s a great TV for the price. Clear 4k picture, light and thin, edge to edge screen, and the built in microphone with Alexa is nice feature. Operating the TV just by talking is pretty cool, and you cam use your TV as an alexa device in place of an Echo device.

Works 4 months out like it’s supposed to. Probably should wait a year to rate these things but it’s going strong and I bought a warranty so I’m thinking it’s going to be good and I shopped for a week online and for sales etc. and got this around black Fridayish and it was the best 43″ television I could find for that pricing point. I did my homework and I think me and the Television deserve a hopeful 5stars 4 months from purchase.

The best TV I’ve ever had. I really enjoy having such a big TV in our living room. We have never had any problems with performance slowing down or any connectivity problems with the internet. And the microphone is very sensitive. Alexa knows exactly when she is needed.
