After receiving my certified refurbished Ring alarm system… There was no way that I could tell that this had been refurbished… Brand new condition… Boxes were sealed… If it was indeed refurbished, it looked brand new.Set up was easy… Worked perfectly, and with Ring’s additional interface device, it integrates well with my legacy hard-wired alarm system. It also works well with the Amazon Alexa along with partial integration with Samsung SmartThings (with a little bit of work).So far, I’m very pleased.

I was extremely hesitant about purchasing a used alarm system, but I’m so glad that I did! All of the sensors work perfectly including the motion sensor. I have no issues with connectivity. The design, size and step by step set up in the app made setting up this system a breeze! I was excited that I got this at a fraction of the price of the big name security systems and it works just as well! I know at first the idea of setting up an alarm system all on our your own seems daunting and it’s something that you definitely want to get right. If that sounds like you, then you need this! I was able to access tech support during set up (because I was scared I was doing it wrong) and they were so sweet, understanding and helpful! They didn’t make me feel silly for calling in and took time to help.

Worked as it should, bought a couple others before. Pro tip, if you buy refurb/used on this or a different marketplace, you’ll need to make sure the the prior owner has removed it from their account or you won’t be able to use it on yours without a process and knowing the prior owners info/email etc.
