Still working not great camera but best image. One instance someone throws rotten eggs on front of our house. Luckily we have system. Show to one my children recognized it. Call the school and the police. Caught it. As they GOTCHA B/+€£.

Let me preface this with the fact I am a video technician… I worked with Glow in NYC who does events throughout the city, aka Thai is not my first rodeo with video equipment.Great product although two of the eight cameras were a little fussy at night, I was in communication with Zosi support and the original problem wasn’t solved and then one of the cameras went out entirely. So the original problem wasn’t fixed and then one of the faulty cameras completely stopped working and zosi stopped responding to me. I tried switching inputs, power sources, cables, I tried everything. One camera still glitches at night and another is down for the count. The other 6 are amazing, work great and I would highly recommend. It’s just extremely frustrating to have two that I can’t use and the email support ghosted me.I would absolutely tell people interested to get these, if they only truly need six cameras instead of eight. Maybe another set would work better but since no one is communicating with me, I’m left to assume six is as good as it gets.Anyway, amazing quality- amazing view range, awesome night vision, and easy system to navigate and set up.

I recently replaced my Zosi DVR which was having some problems by re-booting randomly several times a day. The DVR was getting old and it was time to replace so I ordered a new one but after installing it, it wouldn’t display any of my cameras. After contacting Zosi support it was determined that there was a conflict with my laptops graphic driver. Since the laptop was nearly 10 years old we decided it was time for a replacement so I bought a new HP Notebook, installed AVSS for Windows PC and everything worked fine. Someone suggested I upgrade the operating system on the new notebook from Win 10 Home Edition to Win 10 Professional. There was a sale online so I downloaded the upgrade and installed the new operating system and “surprise”! My AVSS for Windows PC no longer worked!To make a long story short, I again contacted Zosi Support where Doris took on the task of determining what the problem was. I am VERY grateful that Doris took charge. She asked me to send videos of the problem, which I supplied, and then asked that I send her several screen captures from the DVR so she could determine the problem. After several attempts to reset my login name and password There was no difference. This process took several days. Working with Doris was a pleasure! She is very competent and knows how to handle frustrated and irritable clients like myself. She tried and I have to admit I was beginning to give up. Saturday she asked for my login ID and Password and “they” would fix my login problems.It worked! Well, it worked on all my computers except my notebook, which still would not recognize me when I tried to Login! Once again I contacted Zosi Support and left a message and another video of the problem I was experiencing.On Sunday evening (Monday morning in DT, Doris Time) I got a message asking if I would mind loading TeamViewer so her team could find and correct the problem. I said “yes!” and sent her the ID and Password for TeamViewer. They logged into my laptop remotely and after about an hour they had the problem corrected!I am so very impressed with the level of service rendered by Zosi Support and especially by Doris that I just have to tell someone. I have been using Zosi DVR’s and cameras for a very long time, 5 VCR’s and several dozen cameras and one of the reasons I stay with Zosi has nothing to do with price although they certainly have their equipment priced competitively, The real reason is their excellent service.I HIGHLY recommend Zosi for your security needs.Robert E Leberakrobert@leberak.com

ABSOLUTE VERY WORST PRODUCT/CUSTOMER SERVICE MONEY CAN BUY
I don’t know what is worse, Zosi’s Products, or their customer service. Both deserve multiple negative stars. It’s been over a two month ordeal trying to get their products to function properly, whilst they respond to one problematic message per day; that they often use to ask you questions that have ZERO relevance to the problem you are having with their products. DO NOT put any model of their “outdoor cameras”, actually outdoors. They will not function properly for longer than a day at best. Video will be full black in broad daylight. (No, the cameras are not pointing at the sun, they are facing north and south, on east and west walls. No, the infared light is not on during the day. The cameras simply don’t function) Does not matter daylight, darkness, or again what model camera they send you, THEY WILL NOT FUNCTION OUTDOORS. I had Zosi replace 4 cameras, thinking I made a mistake an the dome cameras were not simply not designed for outdoors, however only to have the same problem with the newest version of camera they sent me. I have to either reset the entire system, unplug individual cameras, change their power supply, or buy new wires all together, on a DAILY basis – just to get some cameras functioning. If it wasn’t for the fact I wired 16 cameras, across a 10,000sqft warehouse, with 30ft high ceilings requiring a scissor lift to do so, I would have returned the absolute piece of garbage system IMMEDIATELY. I’ve wasted literal days of my time over and over trying to fix their system and products. I’ve tried absolutely everything (seeing as this definitely not my first time installing cameras in my business, simply first time using Zosi) and there is nothing that makes these actually, consistently, function properly. If you manage to get one camera to function today, two different ones break tomorrow.Customer service took so long to address any issues I had, that it far past my date of being able to return anything. I’m stuck with this HORRIFIC system I purchased now with no way out. DO NOT BUY AT ALL COSTS, NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, OR HOW GREAT THE PRICE MY LOOK. You get WORSE than what you pay for. DO. NOT. BUY.See attached photo for todays fun. Three cameras totally non functional (4,9,12), One camera flashing green and white for no reason (11), Two cameras can’t decided if its day or night, while both in well lit office rooms (1,2). One outdoor camera can’t pick up any light outside (13 – keep in mind this is directly next to camera 12, and facing the same direction as camera 16 – if they wanted to give some “sun” excuse). Absolutely Pathetic products. Oh and like I said, the functionality will change on a daily basis which ones elect to work or not. So the moment you feel satisfied you fixed their terrible products, 4 others will stop functioning properly the next day!I REPEAT – DO NOT BUY!UPDATE: They had me purchase a USB stick to upload new software to their system. After doing so, the product is actually WORSE. Lol. I am the butt of a never ending joke at this point.

Had a hard time finding a camera that was compatible with my Swann DVR8-1000. The picture quality of the camera is outstanding even better than the cameras that originally came with the system. Was easy to set up, seems like good solid construction, very pleased.
