Very good quality
It is perfect for those of us looking for a security system that serves in other countries, I have the first one more than a year ago and now I bought the second one because you don’t need wifi only with a sim card it can send you notifications to your phone and it works perfectly it even has a battery

Impossible to use
Extremely difficult to set up. Has absolutely zero customer support available. This was supposed to be a Clouree system. Yet the enclosed manual clearly states to contact PGST for help (see picture). I tried that. They never responded. Instructions are obscure, unclear and their terminology makes it extremely difficult to determine what they are talking about for each part and each step of setup. If you are a professional security system installer you might understand their terminology. For everyone else I do not recommend buying this product. I am returning it as I am not sure if it is even working properly as I could never complete the setup process.

Great system to integrate with Alexa
I was looking for something like this to integrate with Alexa and Ring since I am subscribed to Emergency Assist already. I did not want another subscription.I managed to easily install all the sensors after pairing and it works like a charm!So happy with this entire system!

Reliable but needs work, could be MUCH better
ONE year to the day I got a false alarm for the first time and they kept happening. I hadn’t needed to press any buttons on the main units touch screen but sine the false alarm my investigation involved the touch screen and it was messed up bad. At one time it started erasing sensors one buy one. I opened it up and looked around inside and didn’t find any issues even tested the batteries voltage. BY A MIRACLE I was able to get all the sensors re-entered into the system THEN I found one of the motion sensors batts were at just over 1 volt (like 1.1V) and that was the case of the false alarms this confirmed that the motion sensors won’t warn of low battery condition. In the end it was my A/C that chilled the LOW batts to the point the sensor sent a trigger signal.OLD review post..First most annoying issue was the sub standard batteries in the sensors. When they get cold like under 40F I kept getting warnings about low batteries. So I swapped them all out with quality lithium ones.Second is the remote controls. It’s far to easy to press the buttons by accident. MOST ANNOYING is when the panic is triggered. I got around this by physically ripping off the microswitches from the remotes circuit board. However when you remove the SOS switch the arm button doesn’t work anymore but the home one does so that works for me. But if you want the alarm to work when your inside moving around it won’t.The “pre-siren” that comes from the keypad before the actual siren goes off is far to quiet for me. I put my control box in a closet. Reason that is a problem is, when I come home and forget about the alarm I can’t hear the “pre-siren” to help remind me. So I often set the alarm off fully.Also found out that the remotes/app work with similar systems. It’s handy. Because of this I only need one remote and app for a bunch of alarm systems.Yes the instructions are about worth as much as a screen door on a submarine but in the end the system is not hard to learn and I have never not even once had any false alarms or lost connection with a sensor. So if your good figuring out electronics/software its worth buying. If your not don’t waste your money..

The quality was not great and the battery life was short. It was confusing to set up and it was not completely touch screen so it was hard to keep tapping through. I returned it.

I’ve always wanted to get a home security system so I can feel comfortable when I’m away from my house and this is the perfect one to start at! I can’t believe I used to leave my house without a security system.

No funciona con mí tarjeta SIM 4g. la batería de los sensores de apertura de puertas y ventanas se gastan rápido. el alcance de la señal de los sensores de puerta y ventana es corto. El resto bien.
