Game changer
We have two of these purchased a few years apart. I can’t imagine a better ceiling fan. 12 blades, moves tons of air. We have 14’ ceilings in both of these rooms and there is no ac duct on that side of the house..not needed with these even for humid Kentucky summers. They are heavy, well built and absolutely dead quiet when running even on high. I recommend getting the wall controller and downloading the app as opposed to the remote option. Or pay extra for the remote but the remotes I feel are delicate, we’ve been thru two on the older fan. I just didn’t buy one with this purchase. They also look incredible. There are other fans this size that are cheaper…I think these cost more because they are so quiet which I’ll gladly pay for.

Awesome fan that will attract a lot of attention.
The fan is big and beautiful. The light has a surprisingly good output. The fan moves a lot of air but not as much as I thought/hoped that it would. It is very quiet. The iPhone app works well as does the wall switch. The Alexa integration has room to improve. She could turn the light on but not the fan. As mentioned in the other reviews, the instructions were not very well done.

Shipped bad part and now dealing with bad customer support
Got fan and electrician installed it only to find the receiver was bad. I have been bouncing back and forth between Modern Forms support and Amazon to get fixed. Hold time at modern forms is really bad. I guess I need to just take the whole thing down and return it at some point here. The fan looks nice… if only i could make it work.Adding to my review now. On top of that the stain faded badly too.

Absolutely the perfect ceiling fan for a large, high ceiling room
The 54” ceiling fan we had before we purchased the Windflower 80” 12 blade fan was inadequate to move air around in our 14’ ceiling living room, even with high speed setting. This smart ceiling fan moves more air even on it’s lowest setting without being obtrusive in a high speed wind setting. The 12 blades really move the air well and it is very quiet while doing so. We added a large ceiling medallion, also purchased from Amazon.com, which we painted to simulate aged bronze, to offset the size of the fan, and added a 24” ceiling fan rod. It keeps the air all over the large room cooler and is saving cooling costs. The remotes on wall and through and iOS or Android App allow easy management of the fan speed, direction, and light brightness as well as on and off. Highly recommend.

Pricey for Okay
It was tiring to install this big fan…Okay. the app controls are odd for speed controls….okay. one of the screw homes was not properly drilled….okay left one screw out. The fan light flickers when the fan is running….don’t like that. Wish there was a remote that came with the fan. It does move air quite well.

Great Outdoor Fan
This is an excellent fan for the patio in hot climates. It produces a lot of air with its multiple fan blades. Had a professional install this fan and it was very time consuming to install. Also, this fan does NOT come with a remote control. It has a wall switch box which also has wi-fi capability. Have not yet paired it with my phone but it is supposed to have that functionality.

Big, beautiful, and a pain to install.
Overall, worth it. Amazing accent piece for the living room and moves a ton of air while performing whisper quiet. In-wall controls function well and the fan itself beeps when you change speed (as an acknowledgement of input). Installation, specifically wiring, is a pain to cram all the wires and receiver box in such a small area. Not fun. Thought it was funny there’s 41 screws to hold the blades and base together yet zero screws to hold the light fixture on. Don’t worry, it is secure.Issues: only one ever. In a neighborhood power spike the fan had trouble starting from a stop. Called support and they walked me though re-pairing the wall controller to the fan receiver. This fixed it. I don’t understand how, but it did.

THIS FAN IS AWESOME!!!!
The fan itself is awesome. It looks amazing and wind level is great. The install is no joke on this one. I believe there are a total of 17 wires that need to be connected in some way shape or form. I wish they created some easy consolidated snap in connectors vs all of the leads. The app is also so so. Worked for a bit and now no longer working. I later installed a bluetooth remote. With that said love this fan and would not replace it, just a bit tough to get together.
