A lot for the money, but has limitations.
We have a two level house with almost all hard floors. We have two short-haired dogs and we wear our outdoor shoes inside. We had now been using a pair of these for a couple months. Pluses: 1) Suction is strong and it does seem to understand how to work its way around obstacles and find the edges of objects, cabinetry etc. 2) Good price 3) Easy to clean 4) Good packaging 5) Good remote 6) low profile allows it to go under couches and way back into corners you probably seldom clean, 6) Battery life is great–it will clean for at least two hours before returning to the base station; 7) The spinning brush is made of bristles embedded into soft silicone. It will not mar your floors or thresholds. Minuses: 1) instructions appear to have been created by someone for whom English is not their first language, so I found the instructions difficult to follow, 2) no lidar so it sort of figures things out by banging into them and changing direction, 3) when it gets stuck, it beeps but doesn’t notify you through the app unless you pay extra for this feature; 4) It tries to climb tapered things such as the bases of floor lamps or the edge of a rubber mat for boots, and then it gets stuck. I cut out thin plywood risers for these objects so it will bump into them and go the other way instead of trying to climb over them as though they are the edge of a rug.

Highly recommend!
This product changed my cleaning routine forever! The MONSGA HOME robot vacuum cleaner is very efficient. It does a great job removing large and small particles, hair, debris, and more. One of its features I like most is that the MONSGA HOME robot can vacuum under beds, places that were previously inaccessible to me. I just have to be careful not to leave cables on the floor because the suction power is so strong that it can vacuum them up, too.The app is user-friendly, even for those who are not tech-savvy. The remote control commands are very convenient.I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to clean efficiently and effortlessly. I love it!

Sometimes you get MORE than what you pay for.
This vacuum cleaner is amazing! I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a brand that I was unfamiliar with. We have used many iRobots (Roombas) before, but they are pricey. So when our current Roomba quick working, again… I decided to try another brand.Despite its lower cost, the Monsga performs equally, or even better, than our previous iRobots. The Monsga is quieter, less expensive, has amazing auto-obstacle avoidance (no running over your feet like the Roomba), and our floors are spotless after each use. Please see video and pictures for more details.Furthermore, there are significant differences in customer service and warranty between Monsga and iRobot. iRobot Customer Service is solely focused on selling you another product or part, while Monsga’s customer service prioritizes the entire customer journey with the goal of creating a positive experience. Worked Until it Didn’t
Stopped working two months in. It literally picks up nothing. It’s too late to return.UPDATEThe company reached out to me after seeing my review. They apologized for my experience and offered two options: receive a new device or get a refund, without having to return the one that didn’t work. I chose the new device with a two year warranty. They communicated frequently, and responded quickly to my emails. I applaud them for that. The bew device picked up well on the floor. Unfortunately, it does not always return to the charger. The company sent me a long technical explanation of how the device works. I’m praying it at least keeps cleaning the floor!

Pretty good but a couple of issues
I had initially purchased this for the upstairs of my house which is fully carpeted. Then when reading the instructions read that you aren’t supposed to put the base on a carpeted surface. I was going to return it but decided to use it for the first floor which is all wood and tile. Overall it cleans well but the sensors really aren’t great, it bumps into every piece of furniture and will bump into the same piece multiple times while it tries to figure out where to go. Overall I am happy with it but it would be nice if it was a more clear regarding carpeted areas and if it had better sensors.

Best auto vacuum
If you are thinking about buying this vacuum, I highly recommend it! This is my second robo vacuum and I can honestly say this one is so much better than the other one I purchased. It’s slim and fits under my couch, bed etc. The suction is great and it runs for a long time before needing to be charged again. Easy to clean and easy to use. I love it!!!

Not worth a try
This unit’s navigation is very poor. Tends to clean a limited area several times, and misses over 50% of the total area. Easily get stuck and often returns right a way to the same area and gets stuck again. Seems to have a random track unlike our Roomba that cleaned in a straight line. Sweeping and suction seems to work well, but not helpful since it misses so much area. The front rotating brushes sometimes bumped dirt elsewhere instead of moving it to the brushes / vacuum area. The referenced website is not helpful at all and does not cover this unit. Seems like the company is a Chinese trading company, representing several producers/manufacturers. I don’t think that this unit is worth a try.
