Meet Narwal 2025 Flagship Flow

FlowWash Real-Time Self-Cleaning Track Mop: The Narwal Flow robot vacuum and mop combo features the revolutionary FlowWash Mopping System with dual water tanks and a built-in scraper. It washes the high-speed rotating track mop in real time, using 113°F hot water and 1.22 kg downward pressure to help remove stubborn stains in one pass—keeping the mop fresh and preventing dirty water from spreading for consistently superior cleaning.
TwinAI Dodge Obstacle Avoidance: Dual HD cameras paired with intelligent AI enable this robotic vacuum to recognize and avoid over 200 object types with high precision—navigating around furniture, sliding through tight spaces, and cleaning close to cords without getting tangled or stuck.
Zero-Tangling Cleaning with 22,000Pa Ultra-Strong Suction: This self-emptying robot vacuum delivers deep cleaning power for fine dust and heavy debris alike. The DualFlow Tangle-Free System cleans every angle without hair wrap: a single-side roller brush channels hair directly into the dustbin, while side brushes automatically switch from V-shape to II-shape for effortless maintenance.
Unmatched CarpetFocus Technology: The Narwal Flow automatically lowers its brush cover to create a sealed high-pressure airflow zone on rugs, boosting pickup performance by up to 2× compared to standard robotic vacuums. It captures embedded debris and pet hair deep within carpets, reducing the need for a separate cordless vacuum.
No Edge Left Behind: A reversing side brush sweeps deep into corners, while the EdgeReach Mop extends to within 5mm of walls—capturing up to most of hidden dust and debris along baseboards and edges for complete room coverage.
Reaches High & Low with Ease: The Narwal Flow robot mop climbs over 1.6″ ledges—including thresholds, U-shaped furniture, and room dividers—without assistance. At just 3.7″ tall, it glides under beds, sofas, and cabinets to clean where you can’t reach, with a slim, stylish design that fits easily into your home.
Control your robot vacuum cleaner hands-free via Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri, or the built-in “Hey Nawa” voice command. Schedule cleanups, adjust settings in the Narwal app for smoother smart-home integration.
AI-Adapted Base Station with Full-Cycle Cleaning: The intelligent base station washes the mops with 173°F hot water and dries them with 104°F warm air, keeping the pads fresh and ready for the next use. A 2.5L dust bag stores up to 4 months of debris, while a built-in stirrer prevents messes—delivering a spotless home with minimal effort.
Reminder 1: Before first use of the Nawal Flow, update to the latest software version for the best overall performance.

If you’re going to splurge, go for the Best!
We decided to go ahead and splurge on a robotic vacuum and mop cleaner. We chose the Narwal Flow. It is a great choice and we feel that it is the best on the market. We did a lot of research, and we first eliminated the models that had the mopping feature with the two-disc pads and also the vibrating pads units as well. The just seem to push the dirt around. We wanted the continuous cleaning roller mop models. The Narwal Flow incorporated this feature but did it even better. They use, for lack of a better way to describe it, a conveyor flat mop approach. See the literature for a better description and pictures. It really does the job and it go back to the station to reclean the mop head whenever it senses that it is getting too dirty. So you always have a clean mop head. The app is not bad and can do everything you need this robot to do. Clean the whole house, clean a room or rooms, or clean zones that you create in the app. after is maps out your home. Tip…. the mapping feature, when you first do it, try get everything off the floors other than the furniture, so that it creates a clean map of your home. You can always split rooms, combine rooms, put in zones, or let it go and clean the entire house. I was in such a hurry that it didn’t quite get a complete accurate mapping, because it couldn’t see all the walls. It wasn’t a big deal to correct, just go ahead and “remap” when you’re ready again. It does not take long. The app is fairly intuitive so connecting to your network is pretty straight forward. This unit comes with all the bells and whistles. It vacuums, it mops or it vacuums and mops, or it will vacuum first, then mop, etc. etc. I personally like the “Zone” feature, because you can tell it to clean the areas that you determine are the dirtiest and let it go! I thought we had a clean house, but the dirty water in the base station tells me a different story. The wood floors just have more shine to them. When it’s through it goes back to the base station and recleans the mop with hot water and dries the mop head as well. Ohh, it also empties out the dust and hair that it picks up as well. Now that we have used it for a few days, my wife will never let me return it. It will be a permanent part of the family from now on. Go get yourself a Narwal Flow, you won’t be disappointed.

Loving it!!!
I’m so happy with my purchase! I upgraded from a Roomba j7+ and this thing is so much smarter. I’m so impressed with its mopping capabilities. I spent HOURS researching what combo robot vacuum to buy and while this one is newer to the market, once I read about how hygienic it is – I was sold. No regrets. Floors are so clean. No streaks. It’s not just spreading dirt around, it’s genuinely cleaning the floors similar to how my bissell cross wave does. And the heat drying of the mop pads, tanks, and tubing is legit. Every time I check the mop pads after drying, they’re bone dry.The app is a little confusing but overall, not bad. Tons of customizations and settings. I don’t have it on a schedule yet, I tell it when and where to run. But that works for me and I get excited to see how dirty the water is afterwards. Easy to send it out for spot treatments/spills. It’s also much MUCH quieter than my roomba was even on the highest settings. It mapped my home fairly quickly too and the obstacle avoidance is impression. The one con I’ve seen so far is the detergent is pretty expensive. I’ve just been doing 1 cap per tank vs 1-3 like Narwal recommends. So far so good!Overall, it’s a great product. Well made. Smart. Excellent connectivity so far too. It picks up so much gunk that you wouldn’t see with the naked eye. I’m obsessed! I anticipate having to do some deep vacuuming every so often but I doubt I’ll be using my traditional mop for a long time. This is so much more efficient and hygienic.

Review of my new NARWAL Freo Z Ultra
I purchased a new NARWAL Freo Z Ultra and it is so bad that I feel compelled to warn others. I’ve found that it does next to nothing of what is claimed or advertised. Thankfully, I bought it on Amazon and can return it without any issues! After receiving and installing the robot, I sought to download the app on my other commonly used smart devices and was stumped. There wasn’t any information available as to why this wouldn’t work. Nothing at all was available on configuration of the app to allow the user account to operate the robot from multiple android devices. I attempted to get help with this matter from the NARWAL website support chat as well as emails to NARWAL aftermarket customer support. Support on Chat convinced me to switch pages to review some operation regarding the app, which of course, had the result of ending the chat session but didn’t even have any helpful information. It wasn’t a fruitful discussion anyway with Chat, but I had hoped that they would have escalated the question to someone with a little more experience. Likewise, aftermarket customer support by email was a silly thing. Why request a serial number from the machine, which does not have anything to do with app functionality? Because they don’t know what they’re doing. They stall and wear out the customer who will hopefully then just give up and go away. Guess what. Wrong customer. The app to operate the robot is useless to anyone who wants the freedom to control the robot from more than one’s smartphone. No other downloaded apps on the owner’s other smart devices or even a laptop computer will recognize the owner and allow control of the robot. This is quite strange. I use multiple devices throughout the day and don’t have my smartphone strapped to my person. Thus, an app that allows the owner to control the robot from multiple smart devices is essential. The app for the NARWAL Freo Z Ultra doesn’t allow the owner to control their robot from more than one downloaded app. In a later email (days of wasted time and multiple emails later) customer support suggested that I create fake accounts as if I were multiple family members in order to fool the app into functioning on my other smart devices. It’s hard to imagine at this moment a more inefficient app or greater waste of my time other than the support emails between us that required me to repeat myself and still not get an answer to my questions. Ever get the feeling that your requests have no more effect than if you were screaming into the grand canyon? Yeah, it was like that. The mapping feature is not optimal and lacks the ability to easily modify absurdly partitioned rooms. For example, the Freo Z Ultra has had to remap my home 3 times before I could use it and it still displays a very inaccurate map. It has lumped four independent rooms into one enormous room that it labels a living room! I ask you, if the robot uses AI and a camera to map, then how can it completely misidentify the clearly different furnishings of and large doorway archways between these rooms?! From the very heavy and ornately carved dining room suit to the typical furnishings of a foyer as well as that of a gourmet kitchen, the so-called AI can’t recognize the difference between rooms from these clear demarcations. Then, it identified the based of a large, brass lamp stand as a shoe, a 5 Lb hand weight as a pile of dog poop, and a bedside table leg as “other”, because it doesn’t understand what a bedside table is. Enough said. The mapping feature is abysmal. On a happy note, setting up scheduled cleanings is a breeze.Unfortunately, the Freo Z Ultra floor cleaning results are less than adequate. The vacuum power essentially should blow away the competition, except for the fact that it doesn’t really pickup much of anything. My highly flawed Roborock Q Revo that breaks down about every 3 months does a far better job of vacuuming at its less than half reported power of the NARWAL Freo Z Ultra. This struck me as being impossible until I did a side-by-side comparison. In my opinion, the Freo Z Ultra struggles at every level in everything that you buy a floor cleaning robot to do. The app is junk, the mapping feature and ability to edit the map is heavily flawed, the floor cleaning performance is substandard. For all the hype and flashy advertising over this machine I’m astounded that it doesn’t perform like a champ but rather it significantly underperforms like a drunken chimp. So much for its onboard AI, or as I’ve come to understand it as the drunken chimp’s half-witted cousin.Well, I’ve learned some important lessons from all of this nonsense. 1. Always purchase through Amazon all your big ticket items that could potentially fail spectacularly; 2. Have the multiple device protection plan in place for the same reason. Why? Because of lesson learned #3: Never do business with a company unless you can trust their customer support to kindly, effectively and efficiently assist you through resolution of issues with their products.I’m done. I’m submitting a request for return from Amazon and based on my experiences with NARWAL aftermarket product support and their website chat will avoid repeating these miseries in the future.

The Narwal Flow has completely transformed my cleaning routine and feels like one of the smartest home investments I’ve made. The vacuum and mop work together seamlessly, and the FlowWash system actually lifts dirt instead of just spreading it around — my floors look noticeably brighter and cleaner. Its suction on carpets is impressive, and the AI navigation avoids cables, furniture, and small objects better than any robot I’ve tried before. The best part is the fully automated base station that empties the dustbin, washes and dries the mop, and refills water, making the whole experience truly hands-off. It’s quiet, efficient, and saves me so much time. The app took a little getting used to, but once the map is set up, everything runs smoothly. Overall, this is a premium product that delivers premium results — worth every penny.

We have been using the NARWAL Flow for a few days now, and we are very happy with it. At first, we weren’t sure if it would live up to the price, but it has already exceeded our expectations. The suction is extremely powerful carpets look noticeably cleaner, and it easily picks up dust and crumbs from corners and edges. The mop feature is impressive. Unlike other robot mops we’ve tried, this one doesn’t just spread dirty water around. The FlowWash self-cleaning system keeps the mop pads fresh during cleaning, which really makes a difference on hardwood and tile floors. Our floors actually look freshly mopped every time. The obstacle avoidance is also excellent. It smoothly navigates around chairs, furniture, and even smaller items on the floor without getting stuck. So far, we haven’t had to stop and rescue it once. The self-emptying feature is another big plus less maintenance and more convenience.Setup was simple, and the app is very user-friendly. We were able to schedule cleanings, adjust suction, and choose between vacuum and mop modes right from our phone.

Was hoping to be impressed from all the reviews but far from it. The robot keeps on banging into things and hitting things. It even damaged my wood flooring and cabinetry. The mopping is good but everything else is such a pain. Obstacle avoidance is bad. No extending side brush for vacuuming is a terrible poor decision. No modular and removable dirty water tank is just begging for it to break down and not be replaceable is again an anti-consumer decision. And most importantly, this thing CANNOT go near and clean black carpets at all. I will be returning this and not using this company until many things change.

I’ve owned a few robot vacuums over the years, but the Freo Z is on a completely different level. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell it was built with thoughtful engineering and quality in mind. Setup was a breeze, and the app is super intuitive. This thing actually sees and intelligently avoids cables, toys, and even socks. It’s not just bumping into stuff and figuring it out later like older models. I have a girl filled house, and the suction handles hair like a pro. The mopping feature is also impressive—it doesn’t just drag a wet cloth around. It uses hot water, and the self-washing and self-emptying base makes cleaning practically hands-free.What I really love is how quiet it is, especially considering how powerful it is. I can have it running while I work from home or watch TV without being distracted. If you’re looking for a top-tier robot vacuum and mop combo that really delivers on its promises, this is it. It’s not the cheapest out there, but the features and convenience justify the price.

The NARWAL Flow has been a great addition to our home, especially for the mopping. The track-style mop with real-time self-cleaning leaves the floors looking freshly washed every time — easily one of the best mopping systems I’ve used. The vacuum is strong too, and it transitions well between hard floors and rugs.A couple of things to note: it does not vacuum my black snow-mat at all — it seems to treat it like a drop-off and avoids it completely. Also, the app feels delayed at times, both when loading maps and sending commands. Nothing major, but noticeable.Overall, the cleaning performance is excellent, especially if you have mainly hard floors. The automatic mop washing and drying makes maintenance really easy.
