Clean Floors Without the Drama
What a wonderful time to be alive, where robots clean our floors!! I’ve been using the Narwal Freo Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo for a bit now, and overall, I’m genuinely impressed. While it is not entirely perfect, it absolutely delivers where it matters most.The cleaning power is outstanding. It picks up dust, pet hair, and debris far better than I expected, even along edges and in high traffic areas. The mopping function is equally impressive. Floors are left noticeably cleaner and feel fresh rather than just wiped over.Navigation is one of the strongest features. The mapping is accurate, methodical, and efficient. It moves confidently through rooms, avoids obstacles well, and doesn’t waste time bumping around or missing spots. I especially appreciate how intelligently it transitions between vacuuming and mopping, and from carpet to hardwood, without me having to micromanage anything.There are a few small kinks. The app and settings take a little time to get used to, and occasionally, it needs a minor reset or adjustment to behave exactly how I want. That said, none of these issues have been deal-breakers, and they feel more like learning-curve quirks than true flaws.Overall, I’m very happy with this robot. The combination of strong suction, effective mopping, and excellent navigation makes it a standout in daily cleaning. Even with a few minor hiccups, it works wonderfully and has made maintaining clean floors noticeably easier. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and reliable robot vacuum and mop combo.

Excellent little robot mop vacuum
This is an excellent robot vacuum and mop! The app is intuitive and it was easy to set up, mapping took all of 5 minutes and then I was easily able to set up no go zones and customize cleaning plans. It easily navigates in and around chairs, side tables, etc. I have had it clean our floors almost everyday since we got it about three weeks ago and our floors are cleaner than they’ve ever been! It’s nice to be able to have it vacuum and mop separately if needed and to have it vacuum or mop more than once in a cleaning cycle if a room needs a little more attention. Connecting it to the app and our WiFi was simple and straightforward and I have had no issues there. The product itself seems well made. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase! It was the most cost effective option with a lot of perks of other more expensive options. A great buy!

Works like a charm
Overall a great purchase. Easy to use and set up. Very quiet while in operation. The Narwal is very solid and definitely worth it.Using the app does take a bit to get use to but once it scans your areas, the mapping is pretty accurate. It gets up close when cleaning and makes adjustments very quickly when it senses obstacles. Picks up cat hair wonderfully. So far haven’t pushed it too hard but can’t say that I see any issues with battery life.

I’ve had robo vacs for the past 6 years, and this unit hands down is worth every penny. I used the vac and mop sequence, it is flawless. The initial mapping of the house works great. I’ve checked the mop pads after mopping and it does an excellent job of cleaning and drying the pads. My wife was skeptical, but after seeing the results she is pleased.I highly recommend this product, it has worked very well and we are very pleased.

What can I say about our “Rosie”? This is the best purchase we’ve made for our home in a very long time. I have health issues and keeping my home clean was hurting me. This saves me. My husband and my autistic son, one less thing we have to worry about. I have some rooms set to vacuum then mop while others are set to vacuum and mop at the same time. Different days for different rooms. There are some corners they can’t reach, but not many. You can set it up to meticulous as well! It picks up more than you want it to as it can get tangled on a small rug. There’s some mantenience but not much. She does all the work, all we do most days is empty the dirty water and refill with clean with cleansing tabs. It even reminds you when to do these things! Worth every penny. It charges in it’s docking station, cleans and dries the mop heads. IT does talk!

Purchased this on prime days. My neighbour friend has one and 3 other family members do as well, so I decided to try it because of her/their recommendations. I WILL NEVER BE WITHOUT ONE AGAIN! My husband has allergies and coughs a lot because of our 3 big dogs. I vacuum and wash floors ALL THE TIME. No more, I send ‘Merlin’ my little magic demon out everyday to wash and vacuum the floors. He’s brilliant! There’s no possible way I can wash the floors better than him! The wash water is mildly dirty now but until he established a regular cleaning schedule it was filthy. Outstanding performance and design. Easy to use the refill buckets of clean water and dirty water, they lift right out easily from the main body. Dirt and hair container easy to empty, right from the top of littler Merlin himself, push a little button and the trap door dumps it all right into the garbage.No need to dirty your hands! And he’s quiet to boot. He just zooms around doing his business! I use disinfectant wipes to clean out his port station once a week, he washes his own little mop pads as well as drying them , and because of his sensor whiskers reaches within one cm of all walls, table legs and chairs etc. He’s connected to a free app, I’ve set up his tasks, kitchen/living room. Bedrooms only. Or whole house, he’s yours to command! I will never ever be without a Merlin ever again! I can’t believe that it took me so long to be convinced🤦♀️I’m not tech savvy but this is easy to use and set up. He does a brilliant job and I can activate him from my phone when I’m not even home! I was upgrading from the very basic robot vacuum/mop I’d had for the last 2 years. I knew I enjoyed my current model, and it did the basics, so did I really need to upgrade? Technically, no. But oh my god am I glad I did! This Narwal is light years more advanced than my previous robot. I’ve had it about a week now and it’s only getting better at its tasks. The noise level is so low you can keep having a conversation in the same room. The suction is twice as high. The mop pads spin and self clean (even in the middle of mopping it’ll go back and clean itself) meaning it truly CLEANS the floors. The mapping is so accurate, and differentiates carpet from solid floors, that it makes it super simple to create customized cleaning programs. It connected to my Wifi just fine and is pretty intuitive to setup and use. Only thing I’d say to watch out for is that they include both a bag and a reusable bin for the vacuum collection: the bag system is disposable (I take it they sell replacements). I switched out for the included reusable bin immediately. I’m singing this robot’s praises to all my family and friends already.

I’ve been using the Narwal Freo Pro for a while now, and overall, the experience has been very positive. As someone with a furry pet at home, I really appreciate how clean the floors get—this robot does an excellent job picking up dust and leaving the floors noticeably fresher. It has definitely helped reduce the amount of time and effort I spend on household chores.Customer service has also been great. Whenever I had a question or needed support, the team responded quickly and did their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is the warranty. The product currently comes with only a one-year warranty, which feels a bit short for a premium robot like this. If the warranty were longer, it would be an easy five-star product.Overall, still a strong recommendation—just hope to see a longer warranty in the future.
