Warm Money saver with a bonus
My boyfriend was able to easily do this. Didn’t even need an electrician. It was perfect even on our brick wall. Easy to control and keeps the house warm. We don’t have a cooling system so not sure about the cooling but I’m sure it works amazing like the heat. We checked Home Depot and even google itself and this bundle deal is worth every penny. It’s like getting the 2 smart plugs for free!!! Instructions was easy and the app is linked to our phone and gmail. Love this!

Great investment
Love our nest, had new HVAC unit installed, used this thermostat with it and it helps me keep control of my unit from anywhere. It also keeps track of how long my unit runs from day to day, easy set up. Ti keeps track of when the filter needs replacement along with monitoring the health of my unit.

This comes with a 2 year warranty (unless changed now). My thermostat decided to not turn on the AC anymore or for a brief 20 seconds. The thermostat would then reboot every 1-2 minutes. Unable to hold a charge from its base. I had an HVAC friend come out and explained what the issue is and it needs to be replaced.Google will only accept an invoice with a full written explanation of what is wrong with the device before returning it, or reinstall it to ‘troubleshoot’ with them. I know the problem, I don’t want to reinstall something that won’t work. For safety reasons I would suggest the same for you. They would be unable to diagnose anything else even if it were reinstalled.Honeywell was my next purchase since I had no working thermostat. So having to pay for another thermostat while trying to get this resolved makes this even more of a headache. So fair warning to you all. If you want 4 hours with their tech support that still won’t fix the situation (awaiting a call back in 24 hours) and their senior tech support person said they will tell me the same thing she is that they won’t help me.Save the hassle, get a Honeywell or some other brand that will actually back their products.

It’s a great product
I haven’t had any issues with it. It does learn when you’re home so it kicks on at the same time each day. I think it turns on a little late so I made a schedule for it to turn on an hour before I arrive. Now my house is cooled when I arrive. The motion sensor works well and saves me money when I’m not home.

Best Decision Ever
Purchasing the Nest Learning Thermostat was hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made in awhile. It came with clear directions for installation, even for me – not an electrician – and was easily connected to the internet and my Alexa and Google Home devices. Fantastic purchase!

Works great, easy to install
I haven’t connected it to Alexa at this point but I enjoy the ability to control the thermostat through the Nest app. The installation instructions and video made the installation process easy. I liked that the device came with all the tools necessary (including the specialized screwdriver to attach the cables to the device and the sticker labels for each of the wires going into the thermostat).

Useless outlets, good product
Best is fantastic. I love it. I bought this particular kit for the wireless outlets, those don’t work at all. Can’t stay connected to my wifi even when plugged in there same outlet as the router. But the nest, don’t let the outlets sway your decision.
