So we live in a big fifth wheel camper and have a specific space for a washer. We were upgrading to a bigger cubic washer without breaking the bank. I really didnt want to order one online, bc the likelihood that it would make it to our place in one piece was low. But we went with this one, double the cubic space as our last. Of course, it was banged up. But it had nothing to do with the seller. It was all the shipping. I get it. The seller didnt pack it. I was hesitant ordering from this seller anyways, bc of their lack of reviews here in the United States. But this seller was wonderful to deal with. They communicated quick and thoroughly. And i would have no problem dealing with them again. The washer had damage, but worked for a week without issues. But started to leak, so they sent us a 2nd one so quick!! The washer itself we enjoy. Easy to use, washes the clothes thoroughly, and spins them very dry. Its not loud, and i like how it balances out itself if a load is lopsided. The only issue we had was that coins can make it under the agitator plate and down into the pump. And we had to get in there to get them out. So pay attention to the pocket contents. Good buy for us.

I’ve been without a clothes washer for awhile and going to the laundromat. We ordered this washer and received it in a few days. Upon delivery, we took it to our laundry room, connected it to the water hook-up and it was ready to use. I’ve been using it for a month now and have washed everything from jeans, king size bed sheets and blankets. Everything comes out cleaner than the laundromat. The spin cycle is unbelievable!!! The clothes come out barely damp, so I hang to dry for a few hours. I’m so glad we found this washer, it’s lightweight to move, budget friendly and yet excellent quality. I would recommend this washer to anyone looking to buy.

This review comes after 9 months of use. I’m telling you- look for something else. I had a Haier portable washing machine for over 10 years, moderate to heavy use. Never had a problem, never had to troubleshoot, or change parts until the belt went after over 10 years. Damn I really really miss that washer 😞 Now I’m stuck with this piece of crap Nictemaw. It went from being good to sucking in only 9 months. It leaks, it does not spin as well as before, and does not drain as well as before. It is VERY noisy on the spin cycle when it use to work right. Now in less than a year I have to troubleshoot this piece of junk and see about taking apart drainage hose and clearing blockages.

We love this washer! We have a family of 6 and it knocks out everything we need it is a bit smaller in size of course so you have to do smaller loads at a time but it’s a great quality hardworking washer i recommend buying this. And this isn’t some sort of paid review. We moved in to a house and our washer couldn’t fit in the door of the washer and dryer room and so we had had to find something small. Now don’t get me wrong it still knocks a lot out at once its capacity reference one load is 4 pairs of adult jeans 3 adult hoodies and 5 t shirts again just for reference. We have had ours 3 months so far and had one before this that lasted over a year. The design is a little sad because it doesn’t have hot water hook up I guess you could unconnect the cold and connect it to the hot water for loads that you need hot water for. Overall it’s so simple and easy to use and I love mine.

I was super skeptical about this purchase but am glad I made the decision to buy. The 20lbs unit is a great value, it’s size is adequate for a family of five. It is relatively portable. I thought about it… One trip to the laundry mat cost about 60-80 dollars… Sometimes I don’t want to be bothered and other times other laundry room patrons don’t want to be bothered… I’m saving time and money here. It’s super easy to use, others report leakage… I had that issue… Then I got a mesh screen and put that in the o-ring… No leaks no worries. The noise level is obsolete. Excellent, works better than expected.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had my doubts, but I love this machine. I keep the water more full than the clothes, and it operates wonderfully. It has its own drain pump. I wish there were just a rinse cycle, so I use the wash cycle for the rinse alone cycle. It is very waterproof, which is important to someone like me who is clumsy. I have accidentally sprayed it twice, but again, all the controls are sealed. Ease of use:I run it from my 3000-watt inverter solar system with no problem on sunny days. I did my watt and amp calculations before ordering.
