Great for day-to-day usage! Note: It is intended to quickly steam one shirt/pants, not your whole wardrobe.
After reading the instruction manual, which was relatively straightforward, I began using the product. I filled the reservoir up to the max line, locked the device, plugged it in, and turned it on. Very quickly, after a minute or two, steam began emitting out of the nozzle and I began the steaming process.Accustomed to ironing, and NOT to steaming clothes on a hanger, it was awkward to position the steamer accordingly to run it smoothly down my dress shirt. Unconsciously as well, I tilted the device beyond 45 degrees and true to the instruction manual, hot, scolding water did spill out fortunately onto the shirt and not my skin.Cautious now, I held the shirt taut from the bottom and properly steamed the shirt (holding the device vertically). It took some time (several minutes) to learn the nooks and cranny of it Afterwards, steaming became relatively easy. Steaming the sleeves can be difficult since the shirt was on a hanger. I recommend PureSteam to perhaps include a a backboard that is heat-resistant, handheld, and small enough to maneuver in a shirt/pants. I am afraid of steaming against a wall since it may overheat the paint, which is possibly toxic to inhale and will damage your shirt.I am slightly disappointed in the fact that the steamer doesn’t entirely gets rid of the wrinkles. The appearance of the surface of the dress shirt doesn’t look as smooth if it were to be ironed. HOWEVER, as a portable device and using it for the first time, it does work wonderfully. For special, special occasions, I would definitely recommend using the traditional iron. For everyday usage where you need to look clean and presentable, this steamer is definitely a great product.Note, this steamer is also not intended to steam your entire wardrobe. The water reservoir evaporated at a relatively quick rate. Just enough for you to finish steaming one shirt. Time duration is around approximately 5 to 6 minutes. Once again, good enough to quickly remove the wrinkles from the outfit you will be wearing that day. That is what it was intended for. Overall, very satisfied with my first time usage! Will update if anything happens.

Disappointed over This Hazardous Product
This is my first Amazon review and it is because I want people to beware of this product. I understand that products can have defects but when they are as dangerous as this one, there should be much greater measures in their Quality Control department to ensure less hazardous products wind up in the hands of consumers.Let me start by saying I was SO excited to get this steamer. I had been suffering from a disheveled look for months after a roommate had moved out that owned an iron. As such, I was in the market for something that would get my wrinkles out fast and without any extra equipment (i.e. a bulky ironing board). After browsing Amazon for a while, and reading countless customer reviews, I picked the Pure Enrichment Fabric Steamer.Just a couple of days later, my much-needed steamer arrived in the mail. Right when I saw it, I opened it up and used it on some of my unkempt clothes. I read the directions, filled up the reservoir, and plugged it in. Briefly, I left the room to put the clothes on hangers. When I came back, my floor was soaked with scalding hot water. Curious as to what was happening, I picked up the steamer from the handle. It was searing hot and water was dripping everywhere! Thinking I must have screwed something on wrong, I turned the appliance off, let it cool down, reread the directions, and tried again. This time I noticed before even plugging it in that water was dripping everywhere. Ugh! I was so disappointed. In a desperate attempt to make the product usable, I wrapped duct tape around the bottom, but that failed to leave the product with any marked improvement. The water found a way to drip-drip-drip out. I’m no engineer but I’m pretty sure it’d be difficult for the average person to make this work. The product has rendered itself completely unusable. :(In summary, I suggest you do not buy this product. It is too much of a gamble. There are other steamers on Amazon in the same price range that won’t be such a risk.

For a small appliance, the steam power is amazing.
