I bought this because it had good reviews and I was looking for something affordable and easy to move around. I am writing this review after using the unit daily for two months.I really dislike this steamer. Who designs a cup with a round bottom? These people. If you look at the photos, you can see the top of the water basin is round. So when you remove it to add your DI water you have to hold the reservoir and manage to pour from a gallon DI bottle. It requires 3 hands.Second issue, the stand isn’t very tall and the cord crimps when you move the handle down, makes loud noises, and stops producing steam. I had to get a rack to hang the clothes from a higher vertical position. Pants, dresses, or long tops aren’t viable with this unit.Third, you can see in the photos there is a hanger with clips. The clips aren’t capable of holding any weight, so you will need to buy your own clips.Fourth, when the unit does produce steam it is intermittent and produces a significant amount of spray leaving water spots on your clothes.Fifth, it only works on a narrow range of fabrics. I’ve owned other brands and only on rare occasions needed to pull out my iron. I now need my iron daily. It has basically doubled my wotk time (I have an online clothing store). I hate spending unnecessary money, but I’m going to have to buy a different unit.I’m not a reviews giver, but I am tired of being angry about this daily and you deserve to know.The advertising is correct this unit is easy to move around. That is the only thing I like about this unit.

UPDATED – Not What I Expected – EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED – UPDATE
Initially I rated this steamer low because of the corrosion issue we experienced. But the company acted in accordance with their policy and replaced my unit with little required from me. That is what you call great customer service. The steamer itself was always great. My wife loved it. She will be glad to see that the company is sending her a replacement. I have updated their ranking as a result of their customer service. More companies should work in this manner. Thank you Pure Enrichment for keeping your end of the bargain.I purchased this steamer in December of 2016, for my wife, as a Christmas gift. She used it a total of 5 times between 2017 and 2018 since most times she takes her clothes to the dry cleaner. She always used distilled water and emptied the tank when she was done using the machine. On the 6th time of use, she filled the water bottle with water and turned on the machine. The red light came on but after 10 minutes, nothing happened. There was no steam and no indication that anything was happening. My wife was absolutely devastated as she loved this steamer and couldn’t believe it was not working. Further, she needed it at a critical time, as she was trying to get wrinkles out of our daughter’s graduation gown. I started to read troubleshooting comments and even tried doing what the company website stated. Nothing worked. There were no lime deposits or anything in the machine indicating that there might be some sort of build up blocking it from operating correctly. Ultimately, I gave up trying to fix the issue. I logged onto my account with Amazon to determine what the warranty was on the product and quickly realized that the warranty was no longer available. I told my wife that I would have to buy her a different machine. This was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING since this was one of her Christmas gifts the year before. I am not sure what caused the issue, but I WOULD NOT purchase this item again and I would not recommend this item to anyone because I there is no guarantee it will work. I am hopeful that someone from the company will reach out to me with options.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Have purchased it twice
I have purchased this steamer twice. The first one lasted 5 years, with a lot of use. Then I bought a more expensive steamer (more than triple the price), thinking it would be a great upgrade since I use it so much (low to high steam rates, extra nozzles and hanging attachments – all gimmicky stuff I never used) It was not – more difficult to use, and only lasted 2 1/2 years. So I was kind of glad when it croaked. I then bought this same one again, and I still love it. Simple to use, great, grippy nozzle, and effective steam. Sometimes simple is best.

Game changer! Buy it!
I was so hesitant although the reviews were good because I have purchased handheld steamers over the years and I was always disappointed. Guys! This blew me away! It was on sale ( Black Friday sale I think) but it is worth more than I paid! What a steal! I dress up for work everyday and I detest ironing and honestly have burnt fabric rushing before. This is a game changer! So pleased!

Adequate.
We purchased this steamer five plus years ago. Sadly we needed to replace it due to faulty heating element. We were disappointed in the quality of the new one. The water reservoir was smaller and lightweight plastic. The base was adequate. But the hanger and stand were of lightweight quality. It was evident the manufacturer was cutting corners.Overall it was adequate and serves its purpose. But overpriced.

Five stars is not enough to rate this steamer.It’s $37 steamers like this cost 150.You lay things on the bed you could steam them you could steam your sheets you could steam T-shirts. This is perfect. Just make sure you use distilled water.
