As a busy office worker, I hardly have time to clean my home every day, but since getting this machine, I no longer have to worry about that problem. Firstly, the D60S MAX has extremely powerful suction, effortlessly handling everything from fine dust to pet hair. What’s more, its mopping function is also outstanding, keeping the floors spotless at all times.The D60S MAX’s mapping feature left a deep impression on me. It can quickly and accurately create a map of my home and allows me to customise cleaning zones and no-go areas via the mobile app. This means I can specify that it only cleans certain rooms or avoids areas prone to getting wet. This flexibility greatly improves cleaning efficiency and gives me peace of mind.Additionally, the D60S MAX’s obstacle avoidance capabilities are outstanding. It can intelligently identify and avoid furniture and obstacles in the home, preventing collisions or getting stuck. This not only protects the machine itself but also prevents damage to household items. I particularly like its edge-cleaning feature, which allows it to clean along walls and furniture edges, ensuring no cleaning dead zones are left behind.During use, I found that the D60S MAX is also very easy to maintain. Wish I could return. Can’t get ahold of seller
(would give zero stars if possible)I’m honestly not sure how this vacuum has so many good reviews — it’s been nothing but frustrating.1) The mapping feature constantly resets or shifts, no matter how many times I set it up. This means it needs to re-map your house on these occasions and takes forever! I had guests coming over and it pulled this. I eventually gave up and got the broom out.2) The battery life is terrible. It has to recharge multiple times just to finish our living room and kitchen.3) To actually pick up dirt, it needs to run on high power, which drains the battery even faster and is very loud.4) There’s no way to contact the seller, and I can’t find what replacement bags it even uses.Setup was overly complicated — I almost returned it right then, and now it’s too late.Overall, this vacuum isn’t worth the money. I regret not returning it sooner, save your money and go with a more reliable brand.
