I love it
It works great. If you had a cheap vacum robot before you know the difference. It picks up a lot. It mops nice and your house smells great. If you don’t want it to mop you can not refill the mop bin and also the remote is very helpful with the settings. It probably will have problems if you’re floor is messy and overwhelmed with things. You need to have no cluttering. I just got my second because I really love on how much dust it picks up. It is also awesome if you can’t run a loud vacuum in daytime. It also does fuzzy carpet or rug. I love to run it between my big cleaning. And besides I can do other household stuff, it is a big helper. If you understand the instructions it is a good thing to have. The internet to phone i tried just to see. It didn’t work for me neither but I have a remote and there is not always internet everywhere you go so I didn’t really care about it. I run it while I do other household stuff and like old-school more. I rather push a button on a remote than having all on the internet.

Not a smart buy
It was not what is expected from what it says on the description. It bumps every single item in the house. The brush keeps falling off. It has no sense of direction even you push the direction you like it to go. It mops automatically even if you only want vacuum. The noise it makes bumping appliances in the house is annoying. Not a smart buy.

No brainer purchase.
The manuverability of this RV amazes me, once I learned to remove throw rugs, cords and low hanging bed spreads it has been efficient in vacuuming and washing the cement floors in my loft. The remote makes it easier to operate and it docks itself for charging when the battery is depleted. I clear the room turn it on and leave and return to a clean floor. Easy to empty debris reservoir and refill water . Have only had it a month but the price and the extended warranty make it a no brainer purchase.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. So far it has lived up to its description. It is very quiet, great suction power. The mop works wonderfully. This is our 5th robot vacuum and quite honestly this is my favorite. The run time is longer than the others as well.

Returning this worthless thing.
1. Could not get this vacuum compared with.my phone, hubby’s phone, or Alexa. After running in two rooms this is how much dirt this vacuum picked up. NONE. Haven’t vacuumed either room in two weeks. This thing should have some dust. Watched it running in the bathroom and it struggled with changing from floor to carpets. And after 30 minutes, I had to vacuum behind since it did not pick any of the stuff on the floor. Sending it back.

This robot is everything that one can ask for, it is very convenient, fast and reliable. The mop combo is awesome as it helps remove stickiness on the floor and other debris alongside.Since I have stairs leading down, this robot even learns to not fall off the stair.Overall I love all the functionalities.
