Super product at a bargain price. Really works well and keeps my house clean.
I really don’t like to vacuum my house. However, this little guy (yes you name it) makes the job more thorough than the job I do manually. I find that I vacuum several times a week, instead of once every two weeks. Once I set it off, it is nice to come home to a clean house, where the wood floors are clean and the carpets look like they have been raked. I can’t believe how much dirt it picks up even after it vacuumed a few days ago. I got it on sale, and I wish I would have gotten this years ago. I also like the fact, that if I notice some dirt in a room, I can just tell the unit to go clean just the one room.

Pathetic
Since the very beginning, I wasn’t very impressed by the robot’s performance. However, it was at least doing an ok job. When we were shopping for robot vacuum cleaners, we decided to go with a known brand because we would expect them to try harder to keep the company’s good reputation. We were wrong! The robot started no vacuuming the whole house within 2 weeks of use. I thought the system had forgotten the map and that it was a matter of creating a new map only. That was mistake #2. Now the robot thinks the whole house is the hall the dock was placed in. I’ve tried remapping about 15 times. It always makes the same mistake. If you’re looking for a robot. Don’t waste your time or money on this. I’m happy all the issues occurred within the retuning timeframe!

Love this shark
Absolutely loves this shark. Great suction on both hardwood floors and area rugs. Rin it every day. Bought one for our daughter as well. We have labs and it cleans up the dog hair every day.

2 Dogs (labs), 1 Cat and My Thick Long Hair
UPDATED after 2 months:Cons with the app:- Once a clean is completed it must return to the dock, there is no option to add another room on the way.- You cannot pause the clean and have it go to another room. If you press pause, the only options are Dock or Resume.- One day it just stopped going into my guest room with a message that said it was out of the service area. Then it would not recognize it as an added room. Then one day it started working again.- The estimated time to complete jobs is way offI tried a different brand vacuum which broke the 2nd use, but I’ve had this vacuum for just about a month and use it daily. IT’S GREAT! It picks up a surprising amount of hair, has good navigation and the base station has flawless suction which seems to charge & transfer well. The underside of the vacuum has an easy opening and foolproof way to manually remove hair with your fingers to unclog if needed. I usually do this midway through its cleaning because my house has a lot of thick fur. For that reason I empty the base 2x a week, instead of waiting 30 days as advertised. It takes one second to do. There was no initial setup except the app, which is user friendly. Overall has been extremely easy to use.Downside- it’s loud when cleaning. And the turbo suction base station is very loud (momentarily) during the transfer.I paid $250 and purchased 3 year protection for $39. Seems like a quality product so I am satisfied with my purchase. Would recommend this vacuum.

Lazy cleaning at its finest.
I like this vacuum. I could clean areas two and three times in a day and still have a charged battery. And better yet, I don’t have to be home to do so. I am satisfied with my vacuum. Definitely for people who get tired of pushing a vacuum cleaner back and forth. You do have to set “no-go” zones for some spots on your cleaning map in your home. Other than that, this vacuum is easy to set up, and use. The app gives you full control of the vacuum, and sometimes when it “falls off a cliff” you can find the vacuuming easily with the app. You may have to use the “Matrix” cleaning setting to get that deep cleaning you want, but not necessary when you set the vacuum for routine cleaning throughout the week. A great buy for lazy people who still like cleanliness.

Clean Elizabeth III
For some reason I thought I was getting a slate color based on the photo, but it was actually white- wouldn’t have chosen that color on my own. Works good as far as I can tell. It’s pretty intuitive and has yet to get ‘stuck’. The battery only seems to last the duration the clean (about 65 mins) before draining to 30% and it takes a while to charge back. Not bad if you run it once a day or every other/few days. It does A LOT of movement so I can understand the battery life. The ‘self emptying’ feature is really convenient too. I just needed help keeping up with pet hair and I could have gone with something cheaper, but trusted the Shark brand. I pray it lasts many years. I’ve named her ‘Clean Elizabeth III’

Stay away from this one at least
Bought this in May.We have 3 dogs, so used almost daily. When it worked, it was good, but for the last 3 weeks it keeps stopping and saying error #4 – brush roller is stuck.I cannot find anything in the brush roller.I do clean the system monthly.I spent about an hour, last week, on the help line. They finally had me delete the vacuum and re-add it to the app. That seemed to fix it for about 3 days and now getting the same error. I have re-checked and do not see anything in the brush roller area. The delete/re-add trick no longer works. For the expense, very frustrating. Also frustrating that there is no way to contact them without calling during the week. I work, so finding the time to set aside an hour or more trying to get through help desk steps.I would not recommend and guess I will have to search for a replacement.

Dinner positive, some negatives. The explore and map feature is difficult to implement
I am a fan of Shark products. I own their upright vacuum. Got the robot based on recommendation from a friend. It is difficult to “Explore and Map” the house if you have an off shared house. It doesn’t do as good a job at vacuuming and getting all debris. The suction doesn’t seem to be strong enough. Also, minor detail I guess, but you do have to go all around the house and lift all cords and get things off the floor so that the bot can vacuum there. I do like that it self empties. And when you look at the canister you can see that it is indeed picking up dirt and let hair.
