Fast, Sharp, and No More Annoying Label Rolls!
I replaced my old roll-style label printer with this one that uses the folded 4×6 label sheets, and honestly, I wish I’d done it sooner. It prints super fast and the quality is really sharp no smudges or faded lines or missing printed characters. I was a little worried about switching from rolls to the fan-fold labels, but they feed perfectly and it’s actually way easier to deal with. Works with my phone too with the Bluetooth connection. And the size is minimal. Doesn’t take up a lot of space

Great little printer
*UPDATE*It randomly stopped working. Tried to find the warranty information for a replacement, but they won’t replace it because the return window is closed. What is the point of paying for protection, if you aren’t able to use it?I was fully expecting this to be a confusing and frustrating process getting it set up, but I was pleasantly surprised at how simple it was. The printer itself is small and easy to set up, and the app is super easy to use, it guides you through the steps when you use it for the first time. It prints quickly, about 2 seconds and there you go, you got yourself a label. I’m so glad I don’t have to mess with my home printer anymore to print labels, it’s going to save a lot on ink. The only thing I wish there was is a tray in the back to hold the labels in, but honestly it’s not that hard to just set the labels down on a flat surface behind it. I REALLY appreciate the fact that it already comes with so many labels, I won’t have to buy more for a while. All in all, I absolutely recommend it. Very happy!

Reliable and easy to use
From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by the clean white design and sturdy build. It feels well-made, not flimsy, and the compact size fits easily on a desk without taking up much space. Loading the label roll was simple, and the instructions were clear enough that I had it set up and printing within minutes. I connected it via Bluetooth on my phone and USB on my laptop, and both worked smoothly without any connection drops.The print quality is sharp for barcodes, addresses, and standard shipping details. Labels come out crisp and smudge-free. The thermal printing technology is also a huge plus—no ink or toner to worry about, which keeps costs down over time. I really appreciated how quiet it was while printing and how quickly it produced each label. The Bluetooth connectivity is convenient, especially for mobile printing, although I found it works best when the device is nearby rather than across the room.

What can I say??? I’m highly educated and know printers. I was so excited to used this. Such a dissapointment. They require a certain software to blue tooth into the printer and pick lable sizes. That was not the problem. I NEVER got a decent label to be sized correctly, not even shipping labels. I had to finally give up on the dang thing after hours and hours of trying to get the software to do something normal. Tried different apps to communicate with the printer… didn’t work I looked at every You Tube video the company has… it was like watching someone on speed. I can’t imagine anyone at this company has’watched’ those train wreck videos. There was no sound either…of course at the speed they were going they would have sounded like the Chipmunks. I finally said. ‘Uncle” to my husband and boxed the thing up. I subsequently dug out my ‘old technology’ and began to use my big old laptop and DYMO printer. Had zero problems with that. I love the concept of phone and blue tooth capable printer (without the ink issues), and convience of using my hand held computer…my phone; but I finally surrended the fight after hours of restarting computer and my phone, uninstalling the app and reinstalling….talk to the Google AI (who was not helpful). Although, I do have to admit it did talked me out of throwing the printer out the window as I expressed my frustration over all my wasted time. Windows couldn’t ever find the driver so I could at least get something to work!!. When it prints it looks good and clear. It would be nice if it I could have gotten a font larger than a 6!Folks.,I’ve learned my lesson. If the printer doesn’t say Samsung,Brother Cannon, Epson or HP. I am not buying it. I don’t care what it cost. It’s not worth the headache and brain tease to work with what appears to be junk. Bad app, not Window capable? Doesn’t like my Motorola brand new phone? So not worth it. Sorry about the delayed post regarding this thing I brought into my home. My temper is better controlled now so I can look at the thing with a better attitude.I didn’t swear once while writing this:)

Great little machine
Works as expected it’s really nice, affordable, and compact so easy to store if you don’t have the space to leave it out. It was simple and straightforward to set up and comes with 20 labels to start you off. I loved this product and would buy again.

Works great so far love how easy it was to set up on my phone! So small and compact that I can take it anywhere which I love and is fast and works great with the app! Everything comes out clear because the print quality is top-notch! I also love that it can hook into a computer if needed 🙂
