I was happy with the price, easily installed, no real issues on hook up or programming, I am looking to purchase exterior cameras, but I believe they are overpriced. Overall, I love the alarm so far.

Fast, Simple Setup
I studied the product and read numerous reviews. I bought a combo package with multiple devices. It was very quick and easy to setup. After the account and base station setup, add devices one right after the other. They all connected quickly and functioned as expected. I’m awaiting additional devices to enhance the system. The camera quality is exceptional and was also easy to set up.

This is a good economical choice and for the most part the system is very efficient and SimplySafe support is amazing. I use the system to secure my investment residential properties.Pros: It’s very easy to add additional devices to expand coverage. I added additional entry sensors, external siren and camera with ease. Remote access by phone or iPad is amazing and gives you visibility to the status of each device and real time camera audio and visual of the property. Can also arm and disarm the system remotely by phone. The system notifies you by email or text (your choice) when there is a loss of power or WiFi. All devices are wireless so no drilling or installation of wires.Cons: The motion sensors go offline often and sometimes the only way to reset them is to have someone physically at the property to hit the reset button on the device. If you are remotely monitoring the device that’s very inconvenient. Occasionally the cameras also go offline but they generally reset themselves. You will need WiFi in order to use this system, for some people that may be a problem.

Faulty product, never resolved by tech support
I had positive hopes after initial ease of installation and presumed quality for the price. But unfortunately my base station kept getting disconnect errors from all my sensors at random intervals, which I would make the base station beep in the middle of the night and while I was out of the house and my wife would call and tell me to remotely reset the errors which was very frustrating, so I called and talked with tech support and they sent me a base station replacement after a lot of resistance because they didn’t want to because I purchased on Amazon and not directly, which I think is a clear sign of a bad company and product support. I eventually did get the replacement base station and it was a dud and wouldn’t install, so I called tech support again and even they couldn’t activate it properly and all they ended up doing was mess up my account to the point that I couldn’t resolve and then they canceled my service membership without warning. So now I just have a bunch of e-waste. I just give up with this faulty product and this company in general. Their tech support has no idea what they are doing. What a waste of money and time.

Seems to work well and is good for most smaller homes.
This was an excellent buy due to prime days at nearly 50% off retail. The 11 piece system was just the right size for my 2 bedroom 2nd home. The 6 entry sensors covered the entry doors, garage, and two external sheds , while the two motion sensors and the camera basically ensured that any entrance breached via windows or doors was within their range to detect. The two bedrooms were watched by the camera as anyone trying to enter or exit those two rooms had to break windows and then enter the cameras visual range to access any other parts of the house. Nothing of real value was in those rooms so I did not use extra sensors for them.The one issue I felt might come up is that the door /window sensors have a limited range to reach the main unit and a weak battery may result in in and out contacts to the main unit. .

Le doy cero estrellas El producto es chatarra , no puedo usarlo ya que la app no puede bajarse en México, me pregunto porque permiten su venta el sitio de México. Hace unos años lo compré pero la app estaba libre de bajar, lamentablemente el HUB se me averió y compré otra marca, la Wyze, ahora quiero regresar a esta marca y vaya fiasco que me lleve al no tener acceso a la app. Para colmo tengo que pagar el envío de la devolución.
