Please make sure you read instructions before installing! It sounds dumb but it will save you, I promise!I bought the one lock with the handle for my front door and then just the lock for my back door.Pros: The lock and handle set are very well made. Somewhat easy to install as long as you read the instructions first. Easy to connect to APP. I bought the tuya gateway separately so I can remote control away from home. Set up of the lock was very straight forward. A good modern upgrade to your home!Cons: you cannot silence the lock from saying lock or unlock when you lock or unlock the door. You can only put it to the lowest volume. Its annoying but not worth returning. And the other thing is the battery cover for the lock is very easily able to be removed which I don’t like as I have dogs that like jumping and I can see this falling off quickly.Overall very good replacement for our old locks. Quick to install and set up. Ultimately keeps my home safe and secure from intruders and that is what I was looking for.

Instructions book
Hey I got my order I installed the lock but I didn’t get the instructions book in the box now I can setup the lock with out instructions can I get the instructions or should I return it thanks

It looks great, but the only problem is that it locks very quickly.

Easy install
Works well, but had hoped I could get alexa to sinc with it. So far I have not. It does have it owns app. Setup is easy. Works nice.

The product is great especially for the price. I didn’t like the fact that they wanted you to pay $20 for a year subscription to go online but I just use it without that subscription.
