Good sound quality
Not as much bass as I would like but it still sounds really good and really clear. The range is also one of the reasons I bought this. You ca walk away from it pretty far and it doesn’t loose connection with your phone.

Not user friendly…wont pair, wont hard reset…just frozen
I bought two grandes. Ive owned less than a year and one wont power off nor reset…bummer because I love their sound but the controls are not user friendly…
