Good lock
I had to replace a similar online lock. I thought they were all about the same. So not true. Setup was easy, the actual lock itself is so much better than my previous lock. My door is slight hard to lock, and this lock still works well. Many ways to engage lock, finger print, key, rfid card, code. All easy and clear to setup. If I had a gripe, this lock required a different bluetooth gateway than my other locks. But I would take function way over a little convivence. This locks works everytime. Nice and smooth. Also had a voice feedback feature. Worth the money

Quality & Value! I like Veise.
I’ve had this Veise VE017 for months now and I don’t regret it for a second. It operates smoothly if installed correctly & offers multiple ways to lock & unlock via fingerprint, codes, fobs and keys, etc.And if you add a receiver you can use it with Alexa to allow yet another way to access its powers. It has an app and allows for use away from home so you can check who comes and goes, set temporary codes allowing subscription & delivery services access to drop your packages inside or restock your fridge. It is a great value all the way around. Oh, & it took me just five minutes and a Phillips head screwdriver to install it right, the first time. Happy 😊

I installed this lock along with another just like it (purchased separately). Setup was pretty straightforward and quick. The lock lost its settings, requiring me to start from scratch resetting everything. Since that time it has worked greatThe instructions were not exceptionally clear, but the process was fairly simple. The settings and linking with Alexa skills is confusing, but not insurmountable.Functionality is good–it does what I need. Operate from phone, set/change/lock/unlock remotely, set temporary access. I haven’t been able to set the fobs up, but code, fingerprint and physical keys all work fine.If the instructions were clearer and more detailed, this would be a 5-star review.

Great lock and can’t imagine not having this type of lock on my door.
My lock just died so had to get a new one and was very impressed and pleased with this new lock. Love the app that I can check the status and lock my door with remotely, also the fob is a cool touch and the biometrics work great.Very easy replacement and was pleasantly surprised with how quick I was able to replace and get this up and running.10/10 would recommend, makes life much easier knowing I have a reliable lock on my door.

Best Smart Door Lock and Easy Installation
I love this brand. These locks are the best. This is my second purchase from this company. The first time I got a garage smart lock with a knob. I wanted to replace our front door lock. We have a DR Horton builder grade keypad one and it is got awful breaks every other week battery life doesn’t last and the builders never fix it so got this fingerprint smart door lock to replace it. Let me say that the install is super easy extremely detailed video. I messed up a couple times just from user error and installing it crooked myself but easy fixes the app works seamlessly once it’s installed. It’s very customizable and has everything you would need for this kind of front door lock. It also comes with two electronic keys and two old-school keys And you can input multiple people. Fingerprints passwords into the app battery life is also really great. Takes four AA batteries and the fingerprint reconnection is pretty spot on as well. Highly recommend.

Sooo this product came defective! I only found out after trying to get help from support (a nice sup April) assist me til the end. She sent another lock and that one worked perfectly as described in reviews. Big thanks to April for sticking it through being professional and patient. I’m a highly excited happy customer I love the lock all functions work great. And it was easy for my grown son to install.

Tienes que hacer el orificio perfecto, o si no, el mecanismo interno no gira. Muy buena, pero si tu puerta es antigua y no tienes herramienta para hacer el orificio perfecto, mejor otra opción.
