Low Power
The steamer works for basic use, but it wasn’t exactly what I expected. It takes quite a while to heat up, and the steam isn’t as powerful as I had hoped. The size is convenient and the design is nice, but I wish it removed wrinkles faster and with less effort. It’s useful for lightweight garments, but not as effective on thicker fabrics.

Best iron I’ve ever had.
It’s fantastic! Super quick and easy to use. Not too heavy but still very durable. It’s able to remove wrinkles with ease without worrying about burning clothes. Depending on type of garment, I can usually get about 6 pieces of clothing done with it per water water fill up. So convenient. Convenie t to take with you places, convenient to iron anywhere you choose, convenient to refill, store and reuse. I really can’t say enough about it.

failed to work 3rd time but Yika returned my money
I bought this and tried it a couple of days later. It worked fine and fine the 2nd time a couple of days later. Weeks passed and I tried it again. It lights up and gets hot but it shuts off when the button is pushed and no steam comes out. Like I said; worthless. It is past the 30 day return period, so basically, they just stole my money. I’ll never buy from Yika again. My Black and Decker steam iron still works like new 7 years now. F the steamer! — Revising my rating from 1 star to 3 star only because Yika (the company) returned my money after a few e-mails back-and-forth. I give them credit for ‘doing the right thing’, as it was their idea to return the money and not a request from me. Perhaps I got a ‘lemon’ steamer? I can’t say. With this new information revealed, individuals should make their own decisions as to a purchase of this steamer.

Never had a garment steamer before and I’m so upset I didn’t buy this earlier! It gets the job done quickly and I’ll never iron again! 🙌 I packed it and took it with me on a cruise. The size is perfect, for at home and travel. It’s not tiny by any means. Easy to use and an excellent value. Would recommend!
