Excellent, improved switch
This smart switch is a great deal for the money. It’s improved over other ZigBee switches I’ve gotten in the past.1. “2 gang” means that it has two distinct switches. In terms of electrical boxes, it only takes up 1 gang, and in fact it cannot be used in a multi-gang box because the front piece is unremovable.2. All of the switches can be programmed independently as long as you are using the right hub and the right driver/device handler. Also, unlike some other switches, this switch can physically control as many lights as there are buttons. So a 2-gang switch can send electricity to two separate lights.3. Like all ZigBee products, it requires a smart hub, but it is not locked to Tuya or any other brand. I use a Hubitat Elevation hub, which I highly recommend for power users. You can program you own smart apps, which makes it possible to do just about anything, unlike most smart hubs, which lock you into a few routines. One key benefit of ZigBee over WiFi/Matter is that it does not clog your WiFi router. It has its own mesh of repeaters, which makes for good stability and reliability, and it does not require any additional apps over whatever your hub uses.In terms of quality, this switch is pretty good. It uses good quality screw-in terminals for the connections. I highly recommend this smart switch.

Great Smart Switch, Just Needs a Few Tweaks
This Zigbee switch works pretty well when paired with a compatible hub. It connects smoothly, and I appreciate that it supports Tuya, Alexa, and Google Home for convenient voice control. The 600W rating is solid for lights and smaller loads, and the neutral wire requirement makes it more reliable.The design is simple and clean, the white finish blends well in most rooms. Setup took a little time, mostly because of the wiring, but once it’s up it works consistently.The only drawbacks are that it feels a little plasticky and the LED indicator is a bit dim, making it harder to see in bright light. But overall, for the price, you’re getting a reliable and flexible smart switch.

Not a standard US switch
The zigbee switch is a non standard switch that is limited in its usage. Its easy to install if you have a single gang opening. The multi switches also have a single gang size which is a major issue. There is not a clean way to reduce the gang size. It stays connected to the Tuya hub and works fast enough. There is no humming or any noise from the device. There is no batteries to replace. The other issue is that it is not UL listed which makes me apprehensive to use it at my home. Wish it had a UL rated one with options to choose from the 1 gang to 4 gang and also have a detached relay mode.

Works, but setup not smooth
The switch looks modern and sleek, and the touch response is okay. But setup was more trouble than I expected. You’ll definitely need a Zigbee hub — not included — and it took me a few tries to get it to sync properly with Tuya. The instructions are very basic, and not super clear for beginners. Also, make sure your home wiring supports neutral wires, or it won’t work. Once installed, it does what it’s supposed to, but not plug-and-play friendly. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re comfortable with smart home setups.

Couldn’t get it to work with my setup
I couldn’t get this to work in my house. I think I’ve got the required wires but it’s not great on the instruction side.Build quality seems pretty good as far as the weight of the glass panel. The plastic and electrical parts are vastly outweighed by that glass.
