Game Changer (literally)
My WiFi never seems to be consistent in my son’s room, it would work for his tv but his games would kick him out. We got this extender and now he can play all his games with no issues. It’s was easy to set up, and once fits connected to your existing internet it’s easy to use, just connect with your device. Seems durable quality, we’re happy with it.

Easy setup, does exactly what I needed it to do!
Five stars for ease of setup and extension of range!! I am not what you’d call especially tech savvy, but this was super simple to set up, even for me. If you have reading comprehension skills, you can do it. Have your wifi username and password ready, and you’re off to the races. Between that and how well it’s working, I wish I could give it 2 more stars.I can’t speak for the overall range or working distance, but with my modem in a downstairs office, trying to use a tablet to play online games in an upstairs bedroom (in an old house with lath and plaster walls) I just didn’t have the signal to use it for that purpose.In order to get the games to load or open, I had to walk out of the room, through the hallway, 3/4 of the way down the stairs to get enough signal. Now, you’d never know there was an issue! I don’t think the fire stick I have in the TV in that same room would have worked without this extender.Haven’t tried to go further to test the range, but it’s perfect for the range I got it for. Decent price too! It’s a winner!

Poor internet speed from this device
I already had a repeater/small travel router. It worked ok. Speed was really good connected to the lan on the router. But I moved to a bigger home, so I purchase two of theses. Instant take having just installed them…. poor, really poor, I have a 100 meg router and these only give me only 8 meg 2.4 Gig wifi band. I was expecting about 50 Meg. I will try streaming tonight to see if they will work ok.

Works, but not easy to setup.
Product works very well. However, the instructions are confusing. It took me quite awhile to figure it out. One other concern is that this device, made in China, requires access to the router and the network. Also, it doesn’t accommodate 5G. That said, the item solved a problem with my home network that I have wrestled with for a long time. Also, the delivery was prompt.

Good for the price
Very quick setup following the instructions rather than WPS. Its plugged in on the far side of our 2500sqft house and signal strength to our Starlink router on a different floor is great. With a direct wi-fi connection to the Starlink router, I’m getting 150 mbps. Connected to this extender just 15 mbps. This may just be the way the Starlink router handles ‘extenders’. That said, if all you need is a wi-fi signal for routine websurfing and HDTV, it should be just fine. For the price of a couple of cups coffee, I’d say I got what I paid for!

Good but not what I thought I was ordering
This item functions but when it said it covered the span of my property, I expected it to span my entire property. It barely covers half of it. It is worth the price I paid tho and the strength is pretty stable. It only took a couple minutes to setup and the instructions were straight forward

WORKS GREAT – BUT MORE THAN A TWO STEP SETUP
I purchased this device as a router extender, and it works great. My Bedroom is on the opposite side of the house where my computer room is located. I use my laptop and IPAD in BR and back patio. Sometimes the signal is weak and I lose my connection or cannot print to the wireless printer in the computer room. I installed the extender in my BR and it works great.To setup the device, you plug it in and after 30 seconds the WIFI Green LED lights up. Then, press the WPS Button on this device only. Then on your PC or Laptop, click on the WIFI icon usually on the bottom right side taskbar. Then press the little right arrow to see what networks are available. The instructions tell you what network to look for and you click on that one and you need to type in the last 4 numbers WIFI-xxxx, and click on next and the instructions tell you what to type in for a PSWD, the Network name will be assigned based on the Network Router you have primary with an extension like pro. Lastly choose the new network with the pro extension, and presto you are done. The written instructions guide is more complicated than it has to be.
