Quick and easy
I love this airfryer. I cook mostly everything in it… and barely use my stove. Very easy to use and clean up is quick. It was a little confusing figuring out the start button. But once I got it. It works amazingly. Super fast to make dinners especially if you work till late and need to make it quick…

NO MORE NUMBERS But Works Great
Just what I wanted…a large capacity with simple timer and temp dial operation instead of having to program. My family and I are pleased with using this and it seems to work well. The window is a bonus but of course you still need to open to really see what’s going on. Cons: Temp only goes to 400 (but we are mostly reheating)…No way to pull out the tray with the food on it; you need to dump (common with these things I guess)…Silicone tray bumpers get lost (but you can and I did find replacements)…and THE NUMBERS RUBBED OFF! It’s not as though this thing even gets used every day, but a few weeks ago (got it in Summer), I went to turn the timer and the numbers were disappearing as I did! Either make sure your hands don’t touch the fryer body, or cover the numbers with nail polish, or ??? I am not happy about it and have scratched the numbers and marks in on the body to hold their places until I can figure another solution. This should not happen! If you can live with this or find a way to prevent/resolve it, great! If not, beware!

Phenomenal Customer Service
We have purchased other air fryers in the past, and we particularly liked this one because of its capacity, ease of use, and versatility. Everything was working great until 5 months ago when we found we could not add another 5 minutes of cooking time after air-frying some meat. The touchscreen blacked out when we tried to start it up again. After the air fryer completely cooled down, it seemed to work … but again, only one time.Ever since then, we can now air-fry only one time before the panel malfunctions. It is very disappointing as we had truly enjoyed using it for a variety of foods.We have contacted Miraston’s customer service and are waiting for are response. Their website says they are advocates of customer service, so I will follow up and let you know how it went.Edit: The Miraston customer service representative got back to me in less than 2 days. She was professional, efficient, and a true advocate of customer service. She was able to resolve the issues I had with our air fryer. We are more than grateful and are back to enjoying this fantastic air fryer.

Cooking is fine, Controls are Not User Friendly as Touchscreen goes off quickly and is off centered.
Nice window. Functions fine but touchscreen is weak – should have just gone with knobs. When you punch in tray, lights but stays on for a microsend and it goes dark. you have to press around to bring the buttons back and they are slightly off center. the power button is in the middle of the screen BUT its on/off screen is about 3mm to the right. Sp, be warned. Only buy this if you’re tech savvy as normal people will wonder what the F is going on but long time tech users recognize this as solid Windows-Android quality and design. It fulfills the checklist and it “works,” but for the average, it will be a struggle if the thing is on. It also makes strange beating noises at odd intervals while cooking but again, Windows and Android normal.. Cook quality is fine if you get it working. Timer is limited to 20 minutes and heat to 400F. But fine for reheating.
