Absolutely Love This Air Fryer Oven!
I am so incredibly happy with this purchase! The Gluck Air Fryer Oven has completely changed how I cook. The 20 QT size is perfect for my family—it’s big enough to cook a whole chicken on the rotisserie (which came out perfectly golden and juicy, just like the picture!).The 10-in-1 functions are fantastic; I’ve used it as a toaster, for dehydrating snacks, and of course, for air frying. Everything cooks quickly and comes out perfectly crispy without all the oil. Cleanup is surprisingly easy, and the large window lets me keep an eye on everything without opening the door.

Update July 2024.This is my 2nd Air fryer fryer from Gluck due to a issue with the first one. But I do love using this 3 in 1 air fryer oven multiple times weekly in my home. It’s great for reheating pizza so you get a great oven crust by reheating in the air fryer instead of a microwave, the tumbler basket makes great fries and I’ve cooked several rotisserie chickens in it since I bought it 6 months ago.Honestly the only changes or upgrades I would be looking for are a standard type oven rack for baking in it, and increasing the interior size height about 3″inches & the width about 4″inches so you have better cooking options especially for what size of cooking pans you can use inside it. And also a square rotisserie basket for cut chicken part’s like breast and thighs like the old showtime rotisserie models came with.Original review for first Glock Air fryer….Dec.2023. I spent several weeks searching for a combination air fryer, convection oven and rotisserie oven and wanted one with a decent amount of interior space. These were all important decisions making choices for me more than anything else mainly because I’m the main cook, and my 75 yr old mom lives with me so this would be much easier for her to use if and when she did want to bake anything in the kitchen. And I also have a dog bakery and make custom dog cakes that are 7 inch rounds and this makes more sense than running a huge oven for small cakes.Well I was willing to pay several hundred dollars for a good oven with the features I was looking for but after reading reviews after reviews, I kept coming back to this one and I should have known it sounded too good to be true.First I ordered it on December 4th and it didn’t arrive until December 11th and it is missing the flat baking pan and the deep air fry basket, so I figured I would contact Amazon after a few days and take care of that. No biggie.Tried it out for two separate nights and everything seemed to be going pretty good, baked great, so on December 15th I decided to try the rotisserie and got a 4.5lb chicken. I used the preset function but increased the time from 30min to 50 min to allow it to preheat while I prepared my chicken. I injected the chicken with chicken stock mixed with melted butter and my normal routine seasonings, rubbed on olive oil salt and pepper and placed in the oven to cook for about 40min total.Well about 5 minutes before the time was up I heard a slight thump like someone thumped the countertop and I looked over and saw that the entire interior glass of the oven had completely cracked into a shattered appearance. Nothing had touched or rubbed against the glass and the exterior of the appliance is in perfect condition.So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE WITH CAUTION, especially until they can look more into this issue.REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A NEW PRODUCT LINE THAT HASN’T BEEN ON THE MARKET EXCEPT FOR A FEW MONTHS, ISSUES MAY COME TO LIGHT WITH TIME.

Perfect replacement for the discontinued GoWise Mojave
I previously had GoWise 17 q Mojave oven. After 2 and 1/2 years it developed an electrical problem, which I believe was caused by the fact that the heating element was in the top portion of the unit with the fan underneath. This made cleaning that unit very difficult and resulted in spattered grease build up, causing the unit to overheat.Unfortunately this happened only a few days before a planned “birthday dinner “. When looking for a replacement, I was looking for something the same size as I really did not need a larger one. When I saw the image of the Gluck 20 qt, it looked identical to the one I had. I checked all the specifications to find out that it basically was the same oven, but improved. The heating element for this unit is under the fan, with the fan being in the top part of the unit keeping the top of it cooler and making it easier to clean. Since it was basically the same unit, I had all the accessories for my previous oven that fit, so I was able to make kabobs.I was able to get overnight delivery and my dinner was saved.In using the Gluck, I also found that the heat was more evenly distributed, cooking times are quick, the kabobs at 350° took about 30 minutes. This unit is also much quieter.This unit does not come with the skewers and kabob attachment, however they can be purchased separately. I was fully aware of this but it was not a concern with the attachments I already had that fit.I already know from past experience that this oven will cook everything perfectly, but with improved functionality from what I had. I rarely use my regular oven, mostly during the holidays when there is a large turkey or large batches of cookies.I would definitely recommend this unit. The price is great and the improvements over my old oven make this a great buy.
