it boils water, looks nice and is easy to use
This is a great water boiler. Its simple, its straight forward. Its on or its off. We use this many times a day every day and its still looking nice and boiling water quickly. The carafe is light on its own, but if full of water, remember that water is heavy. Nothing is rusting so far, nor appears to be likely to rust. Its a tad awkward getting back on the base, as you need good aim to get the holes and the insert lined up, but if you miss, its not too hard to slide around till you find the fit.

Very nice electric glass kettle! Easy to open and close, fill and turn on. I really like that there was no plastic mesh filter to pour through as I try to stay away from plastic, especially with hot water. Love the blue light to indicate that it is on! Highly recommend this electric tea kettle. The customer service is top-notch. They reached out right away to make sure I received it and to let me know about the warranty.

I definitely like this electric kettle. It has a very sleek and clean look and matches my appliances. It is quiet when heating water and heats the water quickly. Extremely easy to use. Only regret is that I didn’t purchase it earlier. And as an added bonus, there is a foam brush included for cleaning it.

Nice Size & Design but Issues
We purchased the black kettle. The size is just right, we like the integrated glass pouring spout and metal-lined lid so hot water is not exposed to plastics, handle is wide and easy to grip, and a thick insulated quality cord, but the base is lightweight plastic without rubber feet (silicone would be nice), so hard to keep in same spot on counter, even though kettle releases easily from base. Came to rapid boil within about 3 minutes as advertised, but then proceeded to boil over three different times without automatically turning off as advertised. We double-checked that lid is latching securely, that the base and kettle contacts are dry, and unplugged to reset, but still not turning off on its own. Unclear whether light is supposed to turn off on its own as well. Hassle-free return and immediately refunded.
