Perfect for Rental Property
This is the second fingerprint lock that I have bought from this company because i liked the first one so much. This is the upgraded version from the bluetooth one I had before. These are aesthetically beautiful, well- made, and function well. Another plus is that if you have more than one, you can program the electric keys to open both. I’ll be keeping the other lock for another door, and now I have 4 key cards to work with for air bnb guests.I like that this one doesn’t need a gateway to access all of the features from anywhere. It has internal wifi which was easy to connect. The fingerprint sensor works really well and usually on the first try. The app is awesome and it’s perfect for my air bnb. I know if there is ever a problem with a guest checking in, I can always unlock it for them from anywhere. I can easily create timed passcodes for guests that expire after their stay. Comes with multiple fail-safes to get in, including regular key, and power back up port. Very worth the money.

Great lock, amazing value
Prior to this we had a Kwikset 917. Fine lock but basic. This Sifely lock is 40% less than a new 917 and offers far more functionality.Smarter design, easy peasey to set up and connect to the Sifely app (no hubs needed).It just works. It came with keys, electronic tags and the fingerprint reader works too. It connected to wifi easily.I recommend it

Great built in wifi smart lock.Bought this to better manage access and be able to unlock as needed.The great thing is you still have the key as an option of all else fails.So far have tested keypad code, fingerprint, and rfid card. All work well.The only issue seems to be for my kids sometimes their fingerprint does not recognize. That may be due to needing to redo the fingerprint to adding another one to capture it fully.But overall very happy with the product as well as not having to buy an addiornal wifi option.Installation was good and straight forward.Happy to recommend this to anyone looking for a smart lock.

Good Locks, Great Customer Support
Long journey to this 5-star, but the Sifely support team get it because of their stellar customer support. We bought this lock specifically because it said we could remotely access the lock via wifi without a Gateway; thus saving a bit of money. We installed it, and everything worked except the remote access features. Support kept saying our lock was disconnected from our Starlink wifi despite every time we would look in the app, either remotely or in person, it’d say it was and despite Starlink never reporting any downtime; the app would also give us Gateway error messages when using remote access features despite us not having a Gateway. Because of this Sifely sent us a replacement, but unfortunately that yielded the same results. They then sent us a free Gateway thinking that might solve the problem, unfortunately it did not. They then sent us a replacement lock yet again, but without built in Wifi (thus to use the Remote Access we now definitely need the Gateway), hoping this might solve the issues. I’m happy to say it has and we can now use all the features of the lock, including the Remote Access features, and we get no error messages or issues. Thanks to the Sifely support team that helped us for months until we found a solution that works.

Works like it should
this is exactly what I wanted. this item works great. I have it set up on my shop door to automatically open and lock at certain times of business. was easy to install, but I did have to swap the position with the dead bolt, but that only took about 2 minutes

Is goooood but can be great if they do some twist.
So far this device works like wonder, I work in IT field and takes a few minutes to understand how the WiFi connection works because it was acting up a little bit.In my case was that once you connect you turn on the device, your phone must be on Bluetooth only, it take me a few tries to figure out, after you pass through this part, the rest is just follow the steps and connect the device to WiFi.Ps: For the future upgrade, it will be great if the developer team just fix the WiFi same devices glitch( It happens wen your phone is in the same WiFi network with the Smart Lock) this is supposed to improve the user experience and connection with the device nor the opposite(lot of no communication between your phone app and the Smart Lock). You must to leave that WiFi and then the magic happens (using your phone data or another WiFi network)
