2 out of 5 stars

It keeps on says error occurred
The printer doesn’t even work the printer keeps on saying errors occurs the paper keeps on getting jammed. It’s so hard to set up. The ink doesn’t even work well the ink keeps on running out. The color is not even good working. It doesn’t work in all sizes.it does not have wireless connectivity. It’s a waste of money buing the printer.

A fine printer if you don't need it for much. That doesn't mean it isn't capable I just don't need one for much beyond printing return labels and the odd list of passwords for safekeeping beyond any password manager/computer you're using. Just remember to keep them updated. As for the wi-fi aspect that worked just fine after an initial glitch saying it couldn't use wi-fi and I'd have to use a usb cable which while I was looking for one it just all of a sudden connected via wi-fi after I pressed the button that looks like two links of a chain. By then I'd found the correct type of usb cable it required and it isn't a usb to usb one, usb one end and squarish male printer connector on the other. I keep all my old cables from older computers/printers etc. clicky keyboards and even wired usb mice, saved me many times and imo Canon could've included the cable just in case. If you just read the instructions all the way thru especially about what you need to do to insert the paper into its slot/tray-light blue color needs to be pulled apart gently to the left and right, it's on the very bottom don't let seeing the guide wheels make you think it takes it from the paper return tray, had I read all the way thru it would've been nicer. No need to go online for this. Scans just fine. Had to download a driver pkg that was easy to find online and it works with iMac Print Center app, will print both sides if you want and it prints fast and with clear nice crisp edges. Use draft if just B&W or you might be replacing ink cartridges sooner than you want/need to, one of the easiest printers I've used for this task. It has an above top feed for printing envelopes and cards, an led pane with a fairly easy to understand pictograph set of buttons all for under $100. Takes up the usual amount of space with just one plug no transformer to hide somewhere, nice for once. Just buy it, you'll like it.

Not bad for an economical color printer. It replaced an HP printer, which a recent firmware update locked the use of non-HP ink cartridges. You lost a customer HP! The Cannon printer prints fairly quickly and nice quality. The Canon is a little difficult to set up via wireless.

It worked and functioned ok, but it crapped out on me in less than 2 years. I always had trouble keeping it connected to the Internet even when it was hardwired. It would take me forever to get it connected again. It was really bad on ink. I would print probably 10 – 15 documents between 2-5 pages long and Id have to buy more ink. The ink was expensive and I'd have to drop almost $100 a month just to print worksheets for homeschool.

Returned. Couldn’t connect to my WiFi… insufficient spaces for my password. (I’m not changing my password).
Non intuitive buttons are incorrectly labeled and don’t mesh with the paltry directions. A picture of the printer would have been welcome.
    Amazing price though.
