The DC-SBM001 model supports continuous 24/7 recording and can use a memory card of up to 128 GB for free local storage. Optional cloud storage is available with a monthly fee.
How does the triple encryption work?

This product is amazing and surprisingly easy to set up with normal instructions:). We are using it for eldercare and I highly recommend the company have a marketing and branding campaign for eldercare! Luckily the brand name is generic enough that it doesn’t offend an elderly person! Most of the baby monitors we researched had the word “baby” on the monitor!

They have really awesome customer service. I bought this back in April, and the night mode stopped working in December. I emailed them and within a couple days, they had sent me a new camera. Highly recommend!

Difficult to mount/poor audio & range
We ended up returning this monitor. It had its pros and cons but ultimately we knew we could do better.Pros: quality picture, easy to set up, user friendly Wi-Fi appCons: The range was terrible on the monitor,The Audio quality was poor, no volumeButton (you had to go into settings to change the volume). No screw hole in the bottom.

Volume stopped working after 1 month. 2 weeks later, one camera disconnected and won’t reconnect, despite unplugging power, or deleting camera – then attempting to add back. Awful junk product. Don’t trust it with your child!
