How to Connect My Smart Plug?
1. Download the Smart Life App and register for an account.
2. Power on the plug and ensure that the indicator is flashing.
3. The Smart Life App will automatically detect the plug.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the connection process.
What to Do When Connection Fails？
1. Unplug & hold 5s to reset.
2. Reconnect via AP mode (watch the video guide).
3. If not connecting, check for “SmartLife-xx” hotspot in AP-Mode. If not found, reach out to us for a new one. If the hotspot is found, check your router settings.
How do I use the plug to work with third-party voice assistants?
Connect the plug to the Smart Life App. Then, link your third-party service account (Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings) on the App. Alternatively, activate the “Smart Life” skill in the third-party voice assistant’s App.
What should I do if my plug is broken?

Easy to set up!
I have purchased multiple sets of these plugs. Best feature is that they are very easy to set up and link to Alexa. Once one is programmed, the next automatically links to Wi-Fi and Alexa. Great to be able to turn on lights at random times from Alexa app when not at home for security. I have another brand that is not at all intuitive and takes multiple attempts to set up successfully. I also bought a set for my sister who was mobility limited after a fall. It allowed her to turn on/off lights without getting up, or before getting out of bed at night for safety. Will be my go to brand going forward

Additional to my current pieces. Easy to add them to my existing contol panel. Recently received an update for them. Was worried all my settings would be reset so chose to run after all units were dormant. Had to do each unit individually but experienced no loss of programming. Since having them has had to reconnect a couple of times. Regardless, happy with the performance and control.

I wrote the following review and received an email from the company. They sent me two new plugs that work, so I have amended my review to give them 5 stars for a quality product and excellent customer service. I only had one plug that didn’t work, but they sent me a set of two, so I have a spare for future use. I am very satisfied customer.I bought these plugs because I have 5G wi-fi. The first one worked flawlessly and is still working. Today I tried to install the second plus. It keeps telling me to connect to 2.4G wi-fi. i do not want to mess with my router, so I went online and did all the troubleshooting tips, but still the plug does not work on my 5G wi-fi. I cannot find a way to contact the manufacturer directly; hopefully, they will read this review and contact me. I want either a new plug that works on 5G wi-fi or half my money back – either seems fair to me.

I purchased these smartplugs to control the lights on my aquariums. At first I couldn’t get it to connect to my wi fi. I didn’t enter my password correctly. After I entered the correct password it connected instantly. I now have my aquarium lights turn on at 2 different times daily. It works perfectly and I love it!!
