Next level drip coffee
The Aiden is an excellent coffee machine. It looks great on the counter – compact and modern. We went with the white and it has a nice, matte finish. The presets for light/medium/dark roast are well calibrated, and being able to use one’s own mug for the pour-over option is a bonus. It’s also extremely easy to clean, with only two elements to worry about – the basket and the carafe. Had read some criticisms of the dial interface prior to purchase but we found it easy to navigate and intuitive to use. But the real test is the quality of the coffee, and the family agrees that the Aiden is a big improvement over our prior coffee maker. Highly recommended.

The coffee machine itself is very sleek and has an abundance of brew options. However, for the price of this machine, you’d think you’d get longer than 45 mins of hot coffee. There’s no hot plate to keep it warm unlike my old $50 coffee maker which kept it warm for 2-3 hours, and the carafe does not do a good job at insulating. Huge disappointment for the money spent on this.
