Works very well for the price.
I not a fan of buying into tech that early on or some new type of technology that has not fully matured. However, this guys was sitting at good price for what I needed and I wanted ease of entry instead of a key for my home office and it functioned as advertised. The build quality is actually quite good with setup only taking a few minutes for a standard door. The locking portion is actually easy to use once you get a hold of the app and understand how to program it. The app is pretty basic and not something to write home about but it does the job and everything else is done on the unit itself. The only thing I do not like is the layout of the numbers on the keypad but that is unavoidable with this slim style lock.

A perfect solution
Every now and then I come across a product that provides a solution exactly as desired/expected. It’s a door handle with a fingerprint sensor and keypad. It has worked exactly as advertised. It construction seems of good quality. Not as slim as most modern handles but still surprisingly low profile. It was quite simple to install (used pre-existing holes). It is responsive extremely easy to use. Would highly recommend for any interior door where security was desired. I can’t speak for durability or battery life span. I just like it. I am glad I pulled the trigger and I hope it continues to function well. Will purchase more if the need for additional security ever arises.

Works good but has flaws
Updated Review: The door lock works good. Sometimes it won’t read your fingerprint on the first try. The trick is to place your finger on it firmly for 1 second. I tend to put my finger on it with not a lot of pressure/force for half a second, which isn’t enough time for it. It needs longer to read your print despite what it advertises. You should also add multiple fingerprints to its memory for the same finger, and at different angles. One huge flaw I discovered is that it won’t unlock on low battery. There was no low battery warning despite what’s advertised. It just will read your fingerprint, give you a successful green light, and the motor just won’t unlock the door. So if it’s not working suddenly for you, just change the AAA batteries. I got rechargeables to save time and money.Old Review: I have to reset it multiple times a day. It won’t remember my fingerprint. I have to keep adding it. It remembers my key code indefinitely however. Every time I use my thumb, it beeps but doesn’t unlock. Then it blinks blue. I add my thumb print again and it works for a few minutes. Then it won’t work again. Also, when it was fully functional, it took about 3-5 tries before it recognizes my thumb print. It’s not instant like advertised. The WiFi version is much better. I had no issues with that one because I guess the thumb prints are stored on the cloud. However; it still takes 3-5 tries before it recognizes my thumb. I also added multiple angles and positions of the same thumb but it still doesn’t recognize it first try.
