Great…. so far. (UPDATE submitted)
I took a chance when ordering this one since it didn’t have many reviews, but it had all the features I wanted at a good price so I decided to take a chance. So far I have not been disappointed. It has done a good job of getting a map of my house. It cleans very well and responds accurately to commands from the app. I have not used the mopping feature yet, and not sure that I will. I need to find out which disposable dust bags I need to order for replacement when the time comes. UPDATE: 2 years later the vacuum will not empty the dust bin when finished cleaning. The mapping system is difficult to set up which causes the vacuum to miss many areas in my home. Not too happy that I’m having issues after just 2 years. No user manual can be found online.

Lid broken and dust bag errors
The plastic on the right side of the lid hinge broke and it keeps telling me that there is an error and the dust bag is not installed. Replaced the bag and still error cleaned reset and still error. There is no website for warranty information.

Bad software. The map keeps resetting
Pros:- mop & vacuum- truly hands-free self-emptyingCons:- the water is leaking all the time. It causing dage to the floor near the base (where it’s charging)- the software is a nightmare. Map keeps resetting. I have to redraw the map & redo the schedule every single week. This is an absolute joke.- only one sweep brush. Just why?? It’s not as effective as two brushes.

Nice little vacuum!
The app was difficult to use it first but now it is a breeze, I had to figure out that you need to Auto clean first in order for the house to get mapped out, now I can schedule it to clean rooms per day, the only thing I don’t really like is that I can’t tell Google to clean a specific room but I feel like that is an app issue not the vacuum, if I say Okay Google clean the house it will operate the vacuum, also the vacuum bags seem to get full quickly but if you take out the bag and put it back in it will reset, I have not tried the mop feature yet

Do not BUY due to lack of replacement parts and support from Loniko/Amazon
For simply not showing up to the customers with replacement parts, etc. This entire business is a scam even I am still under two years warranty. I have employed few emails out to Amazon Warranty team with no response. This has been reported to my state’s attorney general office.

Bags not recognized
I’m disappointed the multiple bags I’ve tried are not recognized and you only get 2 replacement bags when you buy this vacuum. The app is NOT user friendly. I cannot find any information on customer service to buy new parts. I’ve had this for about 10months and it’s louder and louder with each use and not cleaning well even tho we have cleaned out the ducts and rollers.

Great Vacuum, but I DO NOT Recommend Purchasing It.
This is a great vacuum. I am extremely happy with it. The only negative aspect of this entire system is that it requires vacuum bags for the Self-Empty Station. I have attempted to purchase from the company and they do not have them on their website nor do they actually respond to any customer requests for assistance. I have attempted to purchase other bags that work on other vacuum systems, but they are not the correct ones because of how the cardboard is designed. For this and only this reason I do not recommend you purchase this product.

No spare parts. No spare parts available.
Do not buy this vacuum there are no replacement parts or compatible dust bags available!It’s worthless if you have to replace brushes. Roller, cleaning pads etc. there are none available anywhere.After almost a year of use the vacuum is needing new brushes. There are none included with the vacuum and none to be found anywhere on Amazon or elsewhere. The brand will not even appear in any searches. Too bad it did initially clean well and had nice features but parts wear out and not one replacement to be located. Buy another brand that’s well known.The replacement dust bags recommended to purchase do NOT fit nor are they recognized by the vacuum.Sad to spend so much for a vacuum and now it’s trash.
