Excellent HP Multifunction LaserJet Printer… Does All The Right Things!
This printer is a winner! It replaces a similar 8-year-old HP LaserJet printer. This new model does everything faster, easier, and with better print quality. InkJet printers can’t even come close. Not sure how we could get a better performing laser printer for $200 (…now $349 in just a few months???).Set up was a snap — truly plug & play. The color touch screen interface is easy to read and use. The screen menus are intuitive and simple to access. This printer is a bit faster and quieter than my older one. The design is attractive and nicely updated.Many after-market toner cartridges work great and produce the same fine print quality at a fraction of the price of HP supplies. I have found nothing lacking on this printer or a feature that did not perform to my satisfaction. This is literally the perfect multifunction printer for the home office or small business. Check one out for yourself.

Product quality
Great printer fast copier, Sharpness isn’t super for a laser printer but the price reflects that. Great home printer and copier with USB capability , copier and wireless printing all wrapped in one. Great printer for the money. The paper tray resize tabs are weak. Knowing that one just takes care in resizing from 8.5X11 to 8.5×14.

Quality product
I ordered and paid for MFP 3101 fdw model printer but what arrived was MFP 3101 sdw printer, one without fax function. I did not want to go thru the return process as the package is heavy and not easy to carry. So I just unwillingly settled for the sdw model thinking that I may not have the opportunity to use the fax function anyway. Otherwise, the printer works fine after took me 30 minutes to set up. It performs just like I had expected. I am satisfied with the product and would like recommend it for small office or home use.

Great Laser Printer
A power surge took out my HP color Laser after 10 years or so. I no longer need color, so I thought I’d try this. Good sale price. Once it’s on, it’s very fast at printing, scanning and copying. It does take a minute or so to show on-line in my computer. If this was a business, you would just leave it on. But, unnecessary for home use.

Great printer for home or business for a great price
We had a 13 year old printer we needed to replace. This was a great price and I decided to get it. Setup was easy. Printing is quick and we have had no problems with it so far. Before powering it on I had tested removing the toner cartridge to see how easy it was. The setup was flawless and required little on my part. I have the printer connected via ethernet to a switch connected to the access points all around the house so anyone can print over the wireless network with ease. Very quiet and comes with a ton of features I will probably never use. But I am using it only for a home setting, not a business. It would be very capable of functioning as a primary printer in a small business though. I can’t attest to the connectivity of the printer since it is hardwired to the network. All in all though, from the design to how it functions, I am in love with this printer.

Only worked the first time!
First I will recognize Amazon customer service rep, Jona, she gets five stars for her kindness and excellent support! Next, I will say this printer has me several hours of frustration because when I first received it, I downloaded the app and it worked flawless. And next time I tried the same thing it wouldn’t connect to the app and after a lot of wasted time and wasted money it printed a document saying it’s deactivate it because my Wi-Fi network is using a restricted 5GHZ. So he worked the first time and now it says it’s not compatible with my AT&T network. So that’s one star for wasting all my time. I wish it did not hook up the first time I tried it.

Good all-in-one printer. Easy setup. Good printing quality, clear, sharp and fine. The wireless printing function is convenient for printing from multiple devices in same house/family/office without the need of a printing cable. When replacing toners be careful that the printer uses toner cartridge with chips which can detect the toner cartridge type and may reject some none HP compatible cartridges.
