Perfect Lock for Managing Temporary Access
I like this smart lock very much.This is actually my second purchase from this brand, and it continues to deliver grate value.Installation was pretty straight forward.Recently, I have different groups of people coming into my home for various services and this lock has been a lifesaver.I can easily create temporary access codes that automatically expire when they are done, so I never have to hand out a physical key or be resent during their visit.I also love the way how this lock handles passcodes. I can enter random numbers before and after the real code, which helps keep the actual passcode secure.

Affordable and such a simple DIY project
Super easy to install and affordable. Although, the only reason why I put 4 stars is that I misunderstood the smart part of this device. Wifi connectivity isn’t one of its features here. You would need to purchase a separate WiFi gateway device for this to be able to be connected to your current smart home set up. FYI, I tried using Tuya and Smartlife app for both lock and wifi gateway, on both apps only the gateway popped up for connection. I’ve tried several times to connect on either app for my smart doorlock, no luck. I can still remotely trigger lock and and unlock my door through the NICE DIGI app but no luck connect on Tuya and Smartlife app. Other than that, this is a very nicely built device that does break your wallet like others out there.

Everything about this product was spot on. From the packaging to the instructions all the way through installation and set up through the app.Replacing a doorknob isn’t rocket science but adding smart functions can be intimidating. Everything went extemely smooth and functions as intended.I had one concern before purchasing as one of the video reviews claimed that it locks automatically so it’s easy to lock yourself out. While this is true as the auto-lock feature is on by default, it’s a simple flick of a switch in the app settings to turn that feature off (see picture).The unit can be unlocked by physical key, finger print, passcode or keyfob. All can be easily set and modified in the app.I highly recommend this product on its quality and ease of use. Nicely done Kucacci!

Fingerprint reader needs improvement for cold weather.
Easy to install. I bought 2 of these door locks. Four stars because the fingerprint reader does not work well in cold weather. Out of frustration, just started punching in the code to open rather than waste time with the biometrics.

Works great, sometimes the finger print sensor doesn’t work well if your finger is wet but you just enter your code instead or use the app on your phone which is very easy to use and on the app you can see who came in at what time if each person in the house has their own code.

This is the 3rd lock I’ve bought from this brand and I am very satisfied. There are several ways to unlock this and I like that flexibility. The fingerprint sensor works great and is fast. Still have the code, key and NFC tag as backup.What I noticed is that it’s not mentioned that this lock is Zigbee enabled and connected to my bridge. This makes the lock available online thru my app.I love the “passage way” mode that I can program to prevent having to unlock every single time I want to go through.Only complain is the only language available for the lock voices are English and Chinese. No other options, I would like to have the possibility to download more.
