Good Router
I purchased the Linksys LN3121-AMZ WiFi 6 Mesh Router, as a replacement for an older Linksys router. The older router still worked good, but it is WiFi 5 and 3 years old, so I thought it was time to replace it.I installed the new Linksys LN3121-AMZ router as soon as I got it, and was ready to set it up. But when I plugged in the power cord, it wouldn’t come on. I tried the power switch on the back thinking maybe it was in the off position, but that didn’t work either. I even disconnected everything and tried plugging it into a different socket, but it still didn’t come on.At that point I knew there was something wrong with the router itself, so I got on Amazon, and set up a return. I decided to go with a replacement, and give it another chance.Amazon sent the replacement out right away, at no charge. And as soon as I got it I plugged it in first, to make sure it came on. It did so I installed it, then used the Linksys app on my iPhone to set it up. It worked fine at first, but then it started loosing the internet connection. I also had problems with some websites loading, and one of them was my own site.So I used the web interface, and proceeded to go through each and every setup page, comparing them to the screenshots I have, of my old router settings. I eventually came across a couple that were different, so I changed them to match the old router. And as soon as I did, all the website stated loading again.The setting I think was causing the problems, was the MTU size setting, under the Connectivity > Internet Settings tab. But whatever the cause I got it, and it’s been working fine ever since, without any issues at all.Even though I had a problem with the first one I received, (which can happen with anything you buy) this is really a good router. It’s much faster than my previous router, and the WiFi coverage is incredible. It hasn’t lost a connection once since I made the setting changes, and I’m glad I gave it another chance.

Great Coverage, Fast wireless
This router is far better than the ancient Apple AirPort Extreme I finally was forced to replace. Fast all over the condo. Even in the back bedroom, the wireless signal is still 85% as fast as if you’re sitting in front if it. The gig ethernet works great on the devices I have plugged in and it was very easy to configure using my phone.Zero problems and couldn’t be more pleased with this thing. Spectrum, on the other hand, and their 1990s technology leaves a LOT to be desired but I’m stuck with them. Looking forward to moving this summer to a place that offers anything other than Spectrum’s 20+ year old infrastructure.

Great coverage for big areas. Covered 2500 square feet plus a guest house 50 feet away – all with the 5G band! Now I use it as a bridge with two Linksys Atlas Pro 6 mesh nodes to extend my Starlink signal. Awesome router with easy set up and flexible options. Highly recommend!

Strong Signal. Good range even without nodes
Setup is done through a smartphone app ONLY! There is no direct access to the router with a GUI. I think that is not ideal in some situations. If you have a smartphone with internet access it works fine.The router signal is great. It connected easily with a Wyze Cam that is 100 feet away in a garage.So far I would recommend this. I will report back in 6 months or so.

Excellent Signal Strength
I bought this router more than a year ago and thus far it has worked flawlessly. I live in a 3,00 sq ft 2 story house and the signal transmits well throughout the whole structure. I live in a rural area, and my only real internet option is wireless. I get a consistent 300-500 Mgbs signal at the base station and the drop off from the Hydra Pro, after going through a router on the opposite side of the house, is less than 10%. For the price this router is exceptional. I don’t believe a router at twice this price could do any better. I highly recommend it.

Be prepared to be offline a lot.
Easy to set up, easy to use…when it works. When moving throughout the house, signal drops OR the router goes offline. Had to run the optimizer when going to back of house, then again when going back to front (house is not that big). It appears that this wifi router is set up in a manner that will drive up sales of Mesh components….I prefer to buy a different brand with the components included. It looks good, and was inexpensive, but the functionality is not good.

Fantastic coverage and consistent speed
[This is a review for 2022 Linksys Hydra Pro 6 Mesh WiFi 6 Router]It was time to upgrade from WiFi 5 router that was showing its age. From the moment I set up this router it felt different: it provided excellent coverage around the house – in every room and on each floor. It provided consistent signal strength with no dead spots and excellent speed.I’ve used it for a month and decided it to keep it as it provided stable connection and didn’t need to be rebooted.One downside is that the Linksys app can be a bit finicky: when renaming connected devices it freezes 50% of the time which is annoying. In most other scenarios it works fine, but could be a bit slow. Not a deal breaker and most people will only use app to set it up once.Over the past year I’ve tried several routers from Google, Eero, TP-Link, Netgear and Asus. All of these routers were noticeably worse in coverage and speed compared to this Linksys. Asus was close but download/upload speeds were inconsistent, it did have a much better app though.However, I still decided to give this router 5 stars despite finicky app to reflect router’s excellent speed, coverage and stability. I got it on sale for $70 plus tax and shipping which is a fantastic value.As long as this router continues to be stable and secure, it will be a fantastic value. Buy it with no hesitation, you won’t be disappointed.

There were newer models for alot more money but this worked just fine for me.
I bought this router to upgrade to a product that could handle 6G because my old 2010 vintage router could not handle a new security camera that I purchased. Not only did it work but the installation was truly plug and play! I removed the old router, folloed the startup directions on my new router and everything switched over without a hitch and my new camera works like a champ! Couldn’t be happier!

كان عندي موديمات وروترات من لينكسيس وكانت جوده واداء وكانت عاجبتني هذي الشركه وانصح فيها بس عشان الواي فاي 6 خلاني اطور الروترات عندي ورجعت لشركه هذي مرا ثانيه بس للاسف بعد تجربتي طاحت الشركه من عيني تطيبق مرا سيئ بطيئ لابعد الحدود الاعدادت محدوده للواي فاي والانترنت ومافي اعدادات متقدمه للفهمين في الشبكات كانت عن طريق موقع الراوتر ولا عن طريق تطبيقو ما يدعم السعوديه والوي فاي 5 جيجاهرتز بعد تشغيلك للراوتر ما يضهر الا بعد 15 دقيقه ويضهر بعد دقيقيتين اذا غيرت اعدادات المنطقه والوقت لاعداد غلط واللي هو امريكه الولايات المتحده الامريكيه لا تدفع اكثر وتضيع وقتك في الاستلام والارجاع نصيحه في منافسين ارخص وافضل واولهم تب لينك وانصح فيه وبقوه تطبيق سلس اعدادات احترافيه ومتقدمه للانترنت والواي فاي ومن قوة اعداداتو تقدر تطفي لمبات الروتر كمان واداء جبار
