Buy it, you won’t regret it
This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. How I’ve lived my life without one of these I’ll never know. Easy to set up. I was shocked the first day how many times I had to empty the container that holds what it sucks up (that could be bigger to be honest). I’ve named him Albert. Occasionally Albert gets stuck on something and my kids hear me scolding him for thinking a phone charger needed to be vacuumed. The only thing I’ve had some trouble with is the mopping function. I don’t see a way to turn it on in the app so I have to use the remote that come with it, and even on the highest water setting it doesn’t look like it gets the floor very wet. I don’t really mind because I mostly got him for vacuuming anyways, and he’s GREAT at that. The first one had an issue charging after a week. I contacted Amazon and had a new one the next day. Excellent customer service.

Does not charge – worthless!!
1/5 StarsThe robot vacuum cleans well when it works—decent suction, smart navigation, easy app. But the charging dock is a total failure. It refuses to connect reliably, beeping for low battery even when manually aligned. I’ve tried cleaning contacts, repositioning the dock, and firmware updates—nothing helps. Both units I bought had the exact same issue. Now I have two expensive paperweights. Avoid this model.

Good for carpet not for floor
This is a good vacuum for the carpet but misses a lot on our wood floor. It’s not a great option for us because it gets caught under our couch and on curtains hanging down. I have to remove entry rugs and cover the entertainment center front where any cords may hang down.

Really good value
Excellent!I can’t seem to get the app hooked up, but really, the remote is all I need. It mops and cleans well! Not too loud either. I kinda forget it’s around. It can find it’s way back which is fun if you’re bored.

Save your money, time and effort
A whole lot more work required than should be for the price of this machine. It got stuck under some furniture and wasn’t thin enough to go under other furniture. It swept one room continously while skipping other rooms entirely. I tried each pattern setting. The half zig zag worked best. IMO, it’s probably better to spend more money to get a higher quality and more features robo vac.

Not a good buy
Cleaned ok but the remote does not work like it should the arrows on it does not match the direction the arrows show. This unit couldn’t find its way back to the base each time with out assistance

Very capable auto vacuum
We have been using the vacuum for over two weeks and the amount of dog hair it picks up is amazing. Really helps with cleaning up and keeping up with his hair. It’s not as a great on the rugs but does pull up some items. We have not tried the mop yet so I cannot comment on it. My only complaint and it is probably operator error is connecting to the app. It was not working the first time I tried. I’ll have to mess with it again.Overall great product so far.

Disappointing and Frustrating Vacuum
This vacuum is a huge letdown. The app is basically useless — it can only turn the vacuum on or off and set a schedule, nothing more. The machine has no navigation logic at all; it just moves around randomly and constantly gets stuck on even the smallest obstacles. Worst of all, it can’t find its dock. Even when placed right in front of it, pressing “dock” makes it wander aimlessly until it gets stuck again. Overall, it’s frustrating to use and not worth the money.
