This high bay occupancy sensor uses passive infrared (PIR) technology to detect movement in the surrounding space and automatically turn the lights on and off based on motion in the area. It is a compact, white motion sensor that blends right into your ceiling. It also has adjustable sensitivity, time delay and light level settings so that you can customize it for your application. This sensor is UL Listed.

Just what I needed for the garage
I needed a switch to automatically turn on a light when we go out to the garage, then turn off when we take the car out. We also make numerous trips to the garage fridge and trash/recycle cans. This little switch does exactly that and it was fairly easy to install.I tapped into a connection in the garage that was for the smoke alarm, adding a new LED light over the steps. The smoke alarm box had the black, white and ground wires I needed. I used a small piece of aluminum angle bracket to install it. The wiring was easy. All of the white (common) wires connect together (light, smoke alarm and switch), black wires (switch and smoke alarm), ground wire (light and switch) and the red wire went to the black wire on the LED light. I set the timeout for 10 minutes, sensitivity pretty high and ambient light to maximum because I always want the light to come on.

Awful delivery and the sonsor did not work
Delivery was awful. It was deliverd 6 days later even though it is amazon prime. So my family party plan got ruined. More than that, the sensor did not work correctly. It only turns my light on when it boots up. After their initial testing period(15s), it gets off and never turn the light back on. Now I return this. Maybe my one of the worst experience since using amazon.

Great product. The wiring instructions are wrong, though.
This thing works as advertised. The only problem I have with it are the instructions are wrong. It shows Load going to white. Load is black. It will only work if the red wire is connected to the lamp’s black/red/blue. NOT WHITE!

It seems to work as it should, but box placement needs a little ability to turn/tip the head of this unit.Not a biggie, and not the fault of the mfg that the box is in an awkward place, i only mention it so others consider this ahead of time.

Worked perfect for my application. Installed it on a light in our pantry because the light switch was out of reach when opening the door. Mounted next to the ceiling light, see the picture. Loved the ability to adjust motion sensitivity and time of light.

i installed this easily, replacing an older one that stopped working (different brand) and this new one is working great. i hated the last one having very poor time controls, allowing the light to stay on for a few seconds, not enough time to put coats away. but this one has great time control, and it works. thanks
