Great tool!
So this is a repeat purchase for me I wanted a 3rd one so I could put round overs on stuff for work without changing the bit constantly. I use them all every day! It functions great for me. This was a super great deal for a bare tool. It’s super easy to use and fits my hand way better then some of the other manufactures products. I do find it accurate and consistent but I would like it if the up and down threaded rod was some other material then plastic. And the small acrylic head that comes with it has a notch in it that I find makes it dip into my material easier then I think it should so as you can see in the pics I built my own bases without that notch! I have changed out the factory one since I took this pic. They are great and these are just 2 small complaints. But I would buy a 4th one in a heart beat they are tough and get a lot of use in our shop!

Milwaukee has done something wonderful again!
I hate routers! Wellll not this one. This router has made me rethink it all. Its very easy to control and has plenty of power. No cords along with fitting in the hands nicely. Makes it my go to and more of a joy to use than a cumbersome mess hogging through wood destroying almost everything beautiful you use it on. Milwaukee seems to get it right more often than not. Buy it! You won’t regret it.

Should have bought one of these long ago. It is built solid but a larger battery makes it seem a bit clumsy but battery still way better than cords when using a router. Adjustments work well, liked the 2 bases included but best of all was the vacuum port. No complaints

My husband is in love with this. You do need to buy the bits separately for those that are unfamiliar with tools. He’s making a kitchen island now with butcher block just so he can use it more!!

Great compact trim router!
Absolutely LOVE this router! Was sold to me as New and received it in BRAND NEW condition and not previously opened or used like most other tools you buy on Amazon. Great power, fits my hand perfectly and comes with an extra large base, dust collection & a straight edge guide. The only modification I made was to the bottom of the dust collection piece. I ended up using a hot glue gun to add a thin layer of glue on the bottom of the plastic piece so that when you attach the dust cover it’s a tight seal when without it the fit was very loose and it didn’t have much suction. Now it works 100 times better at catching the dust. Fully charged 5ah OEM batteries last a good amount of time when using heavily.

Good vendor, great router
Start off with praise to the vendor. I bought one of these a couple months ago for a small project that I didn’t want to have to use my big router for, and it worked great until it stopped working mid cut. I was able to turn it enough by hand to make it work again, but I think a propeller or something broke inside the motor housing and it makes an atrocious noise. Seller was quick and easy to talk to about processing a warranty or refund.Ended up getting another one. I’ll keep the somewhat broken one for maybe less than ideal situations (outside/rain?) and use the new one for everything else.To the router itself, this thing is impressive. Good power out of a battery, and surprisingly good battery life. I cut probably 100 linear feet of 3/8″ rabets and only dropped to half charge. Smooth cuts, and the option of which base plate to use is pretty nice depending on what your materials are.The vacuum port is… mostly functional. It does a pretty good job catching most of the dust from the top side, but there’s always dust getting shot out from under the bit. Not much to do there. Definitely use the vacuum attachment. The biggest issue I ran into with the vac hose on it was the router became difficult to maneuver with the hose in place, as the hose would get caught on things or make the weight be off balance. Not a deal breaker, especially for a compact handheld router. I’ll just get a more flexible hose and put it over my shoulder when I cut in the future.The next issue I have with the router is it’s just really fat. I’ve got relatively big hands, 6′ tall dude here, and the body of the router is just a bit too big to comfortably hold for more than a minute at a time. Routing lots and lots of small pieces or large pieces led to fatigue in my hand from trying to grip it with such a wide grip. This is one area that Makita really nailed with their compact router, it’s actually compact.All in all it’s a great router, and the seller is solid.

Powerful 1.25 hp router
Aside from it being sent to the wrong address once I received it this router has been fantastic. I’ve used lots of trim routers and this has enough power to deliver the quality of work and cut through lots of different materials. I would definitely buy again.

Quality made trim router as you expect from Milwaukee products.Nice size and well balancedBrushes motor provides definitely a smoother cut and longevity of battery usage.Used with 1/4 bit to cut with ease lock and latches and hinges in an oak door.Clear dust extract guards area helps you see work bit area when machining.Inner work area is lit by a bright white led which is enhanced by mirrored internal of guard down onto work bit point.Base plate removal by machine screws.Small Rocker on/off switch

Aprer réflexion et contacter le vendeur tous et bon la machine fantastique comme d’habitude c’est du Milwaukee quoi ..Édite aprer plusieurs mois. La machine a un problème électrique. Chez ce vendeurs la machine n’a pas pu être enregistré sur le site milwaukee ce qui n’est pas normal le veudeur n’a rien voulu savoir. Donc je me retrouve avec une machine garantie seulement de 1ans c’est du n’importe quoi alor que normalement c’est 3ans aprer enregistrement sur le site. Déjà c’est le gros problème à ce niveau. Maintenant la machine déconne. Et le vendeur n’accepte même pas le retour pour une prise à charge sav. Et veut faire aucun remboursement. Même âpre retour de la machine. Un conseil éviter ce vendeur mal honnête. Passer votre chemin je deconseille ce vendeur escrot.
