We prviously had an Eureka E10 vacuum and mop robot for 4 years. We had no idea what we were missing until we purchased this Narwal Freo X10 Pro.It maps very fast.It is extremely quite.The vacuum then mop with a refreshed mop head solution is much better than dragging around a robot mop pad with no way to clean it without removing and washing it.We have 3 Australian Sheppards that shed alot. This was the number one concern, whereas the prvious unit needed daily attention. Not a single hair tangle in the floating rotating brush of this unique Narwal Freo X10 Pro Robot vacuum.4 months of no robot management is wonderful.The application was easy to use with a ton of customizable options.The AI option to recognize various floor types and throw rugs ensures a complete clean and quick simple setup.Lastly the price vs product was very reasonable.Great product! After spending many months researching, we are glad we made this investment.

I’ve been using the Narwal X Freo vacuum for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. Setup was quick and easy, and the app is very user-friendly. Once it’s running, it maps the space accurately and cleans thoroughly without missing spots.The suction power is strong enough to handle pet hair, dust, and everyday messes, and the mopping feature is a game-changer. It adjusts water flow automatically and leaves floors clean without streaks. I also love that it cleans its own mop pads, which makes it feel truly hands-free.It’s surprisingly quiet compared to other robot vacuums I’ve tried, and it navigates around furniture and obstacles really well. I don’t have to babysit it or constantly fix errors.Overall, this has made keeping my home clean so much easier and less stressful. If you’re looking for a high-quality robot vacuum with both vacuuming and mopping, this one is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.

The robot worth its price!!
The robot is impressive. It performs strongly and is very convenient for my everyday home cleaning. Its suction is powerful enough that could easilyhandles dust, crumbs, and pet hair(l got a cat in my apartment and I used to suffer from the hair). The dual rotating mop pads are so reliable mopping for typical floor dirt and footprints. The all-in-one base station is also amazing, it automatically empties the dustbin, washes and dries the mop pads, and truly makes the device feel “set-and-forget.” Navigation is generally smart and efficient, the robot seldom struggle with small obstacles or clutter, and its performance on thick carpets is above average. It is pretty good for homes with mostly hard floors then few carpet in rooms, and users who want both automation and low maintenance.

We have had our Narwal for about a month now and all I can say is WOW!!! I am blown away by three things.1. The way the roller brush captures animal hair is mind blowing. We have an Irish Wolfhound that leaves hair throughout the house. Since we started using this, there is barely anything on the ground (daily cleaning) and have yet to have a brush tangle.2. The mop function is incredible. This vacuum/map does such an amazing job on our floors. Every morning we wake up to spotless floors.3. This thing is quiet. I actually like the fact that there is no dust bin capture in the base. It’s so quick an easy to empty that it’s really not an issue. You can barely hear the thing while it’s cleaning the house. Truly impressed. The loudest part is when it cleans the mops, but even then it’s not that loud.Setup was fairly easy, but as others have mentioned, connecting to your Wifi for the first time can be a challenge. It found my Wifi, I entered the password, but it wouldn’t finish the setup. I just ended up force closing the app and opened it back up, started the process again and it went through.Mapping the house was fairly easy, but I did notice a few errors it made and had to remap a few times. Not a big deal as it’s a very fast process. I ended up putting down fake cardboard walls to help it separate certain rooms (rather than making it one giant room). Seemed to fix the problem. I also had to cover a few mirrors in the house as it though there was a secret portal into another dimension! LOLThe app for the most part is intuitive and easy to use. Mapping a second floor is a PITA, and it does not work the same as it does for the first floor. You can only select an entire area rather than an individual room. Also, I can’t figure out how to tell it to mop on the second floor as it needs it’s base. Luckily for us we have mostly carpet on the second floor.Customer support is non existent so don’t get your hopes up. I have emailed there team a few times and still no response. I have also tried the Reddit Forum and you get a response, but they tell you to email their CSR team and you fall into a never ending cycle of ‘NO SUPPORT’. All of my issues have to do with the APP and not about the machine itself… just an FYI. Repair support may be faster.As for the machine and base itself. It’s a premium robot vacuum and it is hands down the nicest looking of the bunch. We also got the auto water exchange system and it works like a dream. If you can plumb it in, make the purchase. You won’t regret it!

I want to love this product so much but it just isn’t doing the job. I have a very thin ruggable rug and it seems to just pile a lot of dirt on the edge. At first it kept getting stuck but I’ve tapped down the edges but still a problem remains. It is very sleek and stylish and when there are no obstacles like rugs or cabinets it does clean quite well. My $200 vacuum did a better job.

I purchased the Narwal Freo X after doing A LOT of research. It is the first time we invested in a robot vacuum and we figured that it would make sense to go for a more comprehensive, all-in-one solution. We live in a townhouse with 2 floors and all hardwood flooring. Here’s my pros and cons list:Pros:- The unit is VERY smart. The mapping is very effective and accurate. It maps the environment accurately, navigates obstacles with ease and avoids stairs successfully- The mopping for hardwood floors adds so much value than just a regular vacuum. After the first use I couldn’t really tell the difference between my own cleaning (vacuuming + mopping) and the robot’s- I like the fact that it cleans the mops after every use- It detects rugs correctly and boosts the vacuum power accordinglyCons:- In a multi-story house, you’re limited to mopping only a certain amount of square footage before needing to return the robot to the base for mop cleaning. Since we placed the base in the 1st floor, that means doing one bedroom at a time upstairs which while not ideal, it is very manageable. I could also vacuum the whole upstairs in one go but I just rather not.- My strongest point of frustration was actually with the mobile app user experience. It took me a long time to figure out how to configure the robot to operate in a multi map environment. The navigation of the app is not intuitive and it almost feels like it was made for desktop and poorly converted to mobile. It is usable, but definitely not intuitive.- The price tag is not the cheapest but I feel like the value is there. It is a high end product after all.
